quiet and the ice machine worked

I had surgery and the basically forced me to get out of my room for housekeeping. I understand it is a policy I could barely stand. I told the GM and even showed my bandage. I would of gave a higher score but because of that I didn’t.

Had big grassy dog area. Staff was friendly

Delayed check in due to a/c / heater not working in the whole building. Maintenance was going in and out of room. It ended up being fine because a/c and heater weren’t necessary.

Convenient to restaurants in area freeway close by , did enjoy having a microwave and fridge in room saved some money by going to store

Some sketchy people not to kid friendly at night but it's the location not hotel

The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. The property was quiet and easy going to be at. The housekeepers were all friendly.

Needed housekeeping to visit once a day. The two days of the stay they didn’t come to the room.

The room was clean. I arrived after midnight so I was happy that the parking lot in the front and back is well lit. Also the front desk was very helpful. I called earlier to inform that I would arrive late. The person that day was very courteous and the person working when I arrived was also helpful and courteous.

Never enough towels.

What did not like was I had a room with the heat not working. Then I moved down to another room and there was a pet bull. Trying to push his way in my room to attack me and my youngest daughter.

I am very happy with the service from the staff at the front desk. The house keeping staff was on their job and did great service as well.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly and our stay was comfortable and worth the price for the room we were very satisfied ,we definitely will be coming back here..This place is so far the best Hotel in Palmdale to book and stay for any trip I highly recommend coming here first before booking anywhere else

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and it was a great location for our needs. We probably should have told the staff member that our room smelled of strong smoke, but we needed to get to a wedding.

It was a non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes really strong. We bought a can of febreze and tried to take care of the problem. The staff was not mean, but they were not friendly.

Everything was clean the staff came and cleaned everyday I stayed there due to work. Roxy’s restaurant is a great place to eat it’s less than 50’ from my room.

The pool was closed. I understand why but it was very hot in Palmdale that week,it would’ve been nice to go in after a 12 hour shift.

It was clean and quiet.

The price is too high. Even with a "deal" the price was too high for a room with no refrigerator, microwave, or shampoo. All they provided was soap.
