The location was perfect for the tasks at hand, easy access to bus, stops right in front, near access to main road arteries to drive in all directions. Room was large and clean and comfortable. There was a shower but no bath. The large TV was excellent . It had a small refrigerator and small microwave so you could bring back food and reheat. The management was extremely helpful and kind. Even arranged for the UBER to take me to the airport early AM. Many places to eat close by in walking distance. It had individual heating and air-conditioning unit in room. Sea gulls sang on the roof at daybreak!
I always like to have coffee first thing in the morning but this was not provided. Either in room or in lobby. But you can walk just down the road 10 minutes to McDonalds. There is a lot of noise from El Camino Real traffic but this added to the novelty of the stay, you get used to it. This is not a new Inn and could use a little painting here and there.

The room was so spacious and clean, honestly bigger than some apartments I’ve seen in the Bay Area. I was very glad to find a microwave, refrigerator, even a small kitchen sink. I was also impressed there was a balcony. Check-in was easy and the staff was nice and interacted with my kiddo who was dying for some attention after a long car ride.
The outside property is a little run down, very steep drop into the parking lot. The property was a little hard for my special needs child to navigate i.e. the steep driveway and the stairs to get to and from the room. The bed was a little too hard for me. Also, wasn’t able to figure out the A/C unit but the temperature was fine.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony. It was equipped with a desk, a pair of armchairs, microwave, mini-fridge and sink - almost like a small studio apt. The staff manager was very kind upon arrival and check-out. Fortunately there were no special needs, as everything was fine with the room.
There were no particular problems. The area is generally pricy, so this was a good deal compared to the surrounding accomodations, even though a bit costly being far from downtown Palo Alto and Stanford University (about 1 hr walk) and from Caltrain station (about 30 min walk). Bus service is not very frequent. I didn't like very much the shower fabric curtains, plastic would be better as they get wet. Also, a coat hanger would be useful during winter/rain season.

This is a nice place to stay. close to bus station if you care about it. I was there for about 3 weeks. They don’t serve food but there are several restaurants and a Starbucks close to this place. I had problem with WiFi and they provided me with a router in the room that changed my internet from 10 to 100. Staff were excellent and very professional. The room was very clean and room service was ~every 2-3 days.
There were a bit of noise from the neighbor car workshop in the morning time.

comfortable bed. big soft pillows (too bad if you like flat ones) smelled extremely clean. fridge and freezer actually works and there was a patio! Huge TV with all the channels. As a woman traveling solo with a baby, I felt safe. An eye mask and ear plugs are a great idea.
the outside light shines through the window enough to wake me up. Bring an Eye mask and ear plugs for a great nights sleep. Parking is as tight as it is in a European garage, meaning you better be a dang good driver in a small car to fit in a spot.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. They were the nicest people I've ever met. Lee went out of his way to ask me every day how my husband was doing after his heart surgery. When I told him my stay would be longer than I had booked he blocked off a room for me... on a holiday weekend!!! I'm so glad and very very grateful to them for making a tough situation more comfortable and less stressful! I would highly recommend The Glass Slipper! Thank you Lee and Staff... I really appreciate you and all you do ❤❤❤
I have a Chevy Tahoe and the parking stalls are small but... they found me a spot 😉

I stayed here before and I will continue to stay here . I have medical issues and it’s close to the hospital. the staff is always friendly they remember my name even after a few weeks that go by . the only complaint I have is that they need to give better directions on the heating system . other than that I love this place . 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💯
need better directions for the heating system .

The staff here is exceptional and of a higher caliber than most 3 or even 4 star establishments. Flexible, fair and accommodative my experience here, in terms of processing, was easier and more comfortable than any of the other 100 or so locations I've spent time at. It's not Ritz real estate but it is Ritz real service. Great value. Flexible process.
Lamp shades. Basic esthetics.

It was clean, fantastic discount on the night before Thanksgiving. Otherwise, fantastic place. Parking under the motel. Vintage motel. No elevator, bit you won't need it if you get the ground floor. I felt safe.
You could hear some of the road noise here and there.

The room was nice and clean and loved the back balcony.
The light in the entry walkway was on all night and blinders in the window did nothing to block it. Would really suggest a heavier curtain option to block light.
