The staff was great. The bed was comfortable and it wasn’t to far from the VA medical center. Easy on and off the freeway. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We could not hear the freeway and it was just outside the hotel.

The entrance is before the sign and if you miss it, you are screwed because you have to go back out on to the main road, go over the freeway, turn around, go back over the freeway and make the circle to the entrance again. Better placement of the sign or a small entrance sign would help

Everything except the mattress was very good. I asked the manager about the mattress, and he changed the room for us to have a better mattress. I really appreciate that kind of customer support. The room is very clean and quiet. I really like the furniture as well, including a great sofa.

The mattress was a little too soft for my liking. Fortunately, the manager allowed us to move to another room with a better mattress. The mattress in the new room was still not perfect, but I was able to sleep more, so that's good enough.

The staff was very friendly. Pool and jacuzzi were very clean, as were the rooms. Rooms were a good size and comfy. Evening bar was a nice unexpected additionition with plenty of room to socialize. Good value for the size and style of the room.

The breakfast was good, but scrambled eggs we ould have been better than hard boiled.

I like the friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of everything and the whole place just felt very responsive and will run in every aspect. The breakfast that they offer for free it was actually a good one and had lots of choices and they didn’t close it for five minutes before the deadline. The only problem was they ran out of coffee but that was near the end. I was very surprised that the quality of the food though.

I really only had one complaint that they had such limited cable TV. I have been watching something on Netflix and I could not remember my wife’s sign in password nor could she so we couldn’t check in with our own password which is what they require there they don’t even pay for it they expect you to just use your own subscription. I think that’s pretty nickel dime for a very nice hotel. Not a huge complaint but I think it something they could easily take care of as a hotel chain for very little money to please a lot of customers

This hotel and staff was amazing, they accomadated me and my family when no other hotel would do on the morning that we arrived. We drove all the way from Hutchinson Kansas and arrived around 4 in the morning and this hotel was the only one that would accept us at the time. The hotel was so clean and the room was nice and spacious. Thank you Luis for accomading us.

The rooms were clean and big. I loved that there was a microwave and refrigerator. I reserved 2 rooms and without me needing to ask they gave us adjoining rooms which my family and I really appreciated.

I wish there had been extra pillows in the closet. We found a blanket but not an extra pillow.

Room was very spacious, along with the bathroom. It was quiet, friendly staff, clean, and the breakfast was awesome. Lots of options for people on the go or those who want to stay and have a hearty meal.

Only issue I had was outside my window, there was a light that lit up 3/4 of my room. The window coverings weren't thick enough to block the light out.

I liked the breakfast.

I didn't like that my van was hit by a in the parking lot of the hotel and we left messages to the manager so we can talk to him and never called us, that is bad management!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service! The location and our room were clean and comfortable. We're traveling with our dog, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast options were plentiful, and everything we ate was delicious!
