The rooms were clean, beautiful and very large. Overall, they were extremely comfortable and everything I wanted for a hotel room. There was also a walkway under the freeway to go to downtown Redwood City in about 10 minutes. We didn't have a car during our stay since we're from out of the country, so that made meal times very convenient.

The coffee bar that's open in the morning was very expensive! Also, between that and the little food market by the check in counter - the healthy food choices were slim.

One of the best and cleanest hotels in bay area. General manager Kazi Ahmad met us at the parking garage and found out that it’s my birthday, he brought us to the front desk with him and asked the team for us to check in as a VIP guest, he also gave us free drinks from the bar as a treat, he was very nice and very kind person to deal with, his team was fantastic and easy to deal with. they also treated us with coffee in the morning, and made my birthday very special one. so glad we have booked with them. thank you so much for all the effort you made through our stay, we will definitely be back.

- Clean, basic facilities were all ok. - did have a few issues in room (faucet broke, shower wasn’t working) but was rectified

- room is cleaned once in 2 days!! - Some of the personnel at Frontdesk were a bit lost! - they don’t offer basic amenities such as slippers or dental kit even when asked - expected Marriott to have such basics in place Atkeast when asked even if not in the room by default

Great hotel with very nice rooms! We liked the number of outlets and bathroom space plus the easy parking within the parking structure on floor two. We stayed on floor 4 with hallway views of the inner courtyard with the pool.

The location isn't very close to restaurants or most businesses as it's on the other side of the freeway from Redwood City shops and food for the most part. Also, for families there is not a breakfast so be aware of that. There is no hot tub which would have been preferable to the pool on the cool days we were visiting.

the location of the hotel was perfect, the room was very quite. no sound from outside. very good blackout curtains. shower size was very nice. Free SHOWtime was very nice.

The curved twin couch/loveseat was Not very comfortable at all, Very hard and the seat was at a odd angle. the bed felt a tad to lumpy. the room refrigerator had a 2 hour time limit.. if you wanted your drinks or leftovers to stay cool you had to press the reset button every 2 hours. )0:

The hotel looks brand new, great atmosphere, good decoration in the lobby, helpful and professional staff, quiet and clean rooms.

Parking lot needs to be a bit bigger and lighted. Its a bit congested and dark.

Nice location, safe and clean environment.

Non refundable dog deposit, I feel that’s if the dog doesn’t destroy or disturb, at least %50 of the $150 should be reimbursed.. BUT us crazy dog moms will do anything for their babies, and I would take my pup back in a heart beat and pay again LOL he’s had a blast!

clean and well maintained. Very nice pool patio area and weight room although we didn’t have time to use it. Easy access close to freeway, but did not hear Highway noise.

No hand soap in the bathroom. Only one person answering phone, doing checkin, & sales. She needed more help as there were a large amount of people checking in at once.

Central location in the Bay Area. Nicer on the inside than expected. Great for an overnight stay.

Not walkable to any shopping or services. A little pricey for the location considering that it's not in a walkable location.

The hotel room spacious and clean. I liked that there was a microwave too.

I was surprised to learned I had to pay an additional $20 for parking on the premises.
