Room was comfortable, breakfast was very good for this level of motel - waffle-maker, bagels, English muffins, good toaster, sausage patties, egg “patties”, coffee including decaf, bananas. Pool was clean though pool towels not well stocked. In-room fridge, microwave, tiny coffee-maker (that I did not use). Manager was helpful when I asked for an extra blanket.

A little stingy on towels in room but I brought in two pool towels. Overall no complaints. No hot tub - only an outside pool.

The bed was comfortable. I also liked the convenient USB Power plugs ön the oütlets and the Desk had a nice Office chair that made using my Laptop a pleasure. The breakfast was pretty good too, the ice machine was broken, otherwise everything was good.

The ice machine was broken. The eggs and saugage were of the prepackaged reheated variety.

quiet at night, no partiers was nice. The young lady who took care of the breakfast area was great!

the key cards we had for our room kept demagnetizing (we didn’t keep them near any electronics or magnets) and the pool gate was rigged instead of being a secure entrance.

I like that the ice machine worked ND u could have breakfast ND customers service were respectful

The only thng I did not like was in the night when ppl look like there were up to no good because I was with my wife ND kids so they got to be more careful with that but other then that it was good

Obvious signs floor was not swept or vacuumed. chipped paint from the tub made it seem more like a Motel 6 then a Choice Hotel, sink needs fixing - not centered and loosely swivels.

Loved the breakfast. Loved the fridge, microwave, coffee maker in room and room service on third day. Unfortunately, the location was somewhat scary with some people walking around but you can’t control that! Overall, I felt safe and the accommodations were amazing.

The breakfast was GREAT!! , friendly staff,great location to meet my sister off the metrolink,tons or restaurants around,and very quit.

Not a huge deal BUT the shower had low water pressure ,and I still haven't gotten my damage deposit back.

Quiet room even though it was a holiday weekend. The refrigerator in the room was not working well, after calling front office, it was replaced right away even though it was 9:00 at night.

The walkways, concrete need to be power washed, my first impression was grounds looked dirty, but the room was great.

room was spacious and clean. Covid19 precautions were very good - limited people in the lobby, breakfast given in paper bags, no eating in the lobby, and spacing marked on the floor. The location is on a major street so I was able to walk to restaurants easily for meals.

I had a non-smoking room but other guests near me would smoke outside their rooms and I could smell the smoke through my AC. In the morning the sidewalk outside the rooms was littered with cigarette buds.

Everything what's not to like. Very knowledgeable staff as well as their level of customer service very very good. I would stay here again. Nice facility and clean rooms. The breakfast was a super bonus. Thank you for the good service keep it up.
