The hotel was very clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. They ran out of omelets right before the breakfast buffet closed, but Anna, one of the kitchen staff, made more and brought them to us at our table.

There was an outdoor party by the pool that started in the early evening and as it got later the group got very loud and much drunker. They were blasting music and singing. The hotel night staff allowed this to go on until well past midnight. Our room was right above the pool area so I finally called the front desk at 1:00AM and asked if they could break up the party because we couldn’t sleep with all the music and yelling. They said they would, but it was almost 2:00 AM until the party finally ended.

It is clean, comfortable, and smells great! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The rooms were quiet - I didn’t hear any neighbors. The pool was lovely and the patio out front provided a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy a nightcap from the self serve tap offered in the lobby.

Even though the bedding was lovely, the bed was not great and the pillows fell flat when you rested your head on them.

It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. It rivaled some 5 star hotels. It was perfect for the family. 2 gas grills and a pool along with a great variety for breakfast 👌

I loved it. Great value along with great service from Hugo in the evening and Laura in the morning as well as the great customer service from the kitchen staff for breakfast.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were accommodating for my family and plenty of room for my family. The sitting area outside was so beautiful and relaxing with the fire pits.

The elevators were dirty for several days. The restroom near the gym area had toilet paper thrown on the floor and no soap.

People had a a cookout that started around 10 pm in the area next to the pool. They were very loud and didn’t care, they finished their party around 2 am. Also you hear the steps from the floors above, it’s kind of noisy. The suites are fantastic, super clean and comfortable otherwise. Super nice and friendly staff.

Great location close to Yaamava Casino that is more affordable. And if you need a hotel room next to the San Bernardino international airport, it is very close. We will be back.

I wish the free breakfast had more vegetarian options for my husband and the beds were a little softer.

Property was really great. Nice area, clean, employees were helpful.

The breakfast was just ok... a few small things like, not putting the butter in the fridge, horrible to put cold hard butter on warm waffles. And more protein options, boiled eggs maybe...

Clean, enough parking, quiet

Front desk personnel while checking in made me waste 20 minutes of my time saying my reservation wasn't confirmed. He said it would be ready late in the evening and when I'm about to cancel my reservation he says he thinks he can get it and proceeds to do it in a minute.

It was very beautiful and spacious. The rooms were really nice. The staff was very friendly and actually cared about making our stay better. Elliot and Rochelle are amazing employees that always has a smile on their faces and we’re eager to help with our needs while we were at the hotel

Typical continental breakfast, clean, great gym and room with good amenities.

Coffee downstairs 24hrs but rarely hot fresh; have either hot and fresh always or only during specific hours, coffee being a commodity or not.
