Very clean, comfortable, and well situated. Nice gym area. I’ll stay again if ever in town.

The bathrooms should be updated, the bathtub/shower were very dated however the shower worked well regardless. I’m not sure a bathtub is needed nowadays, just nice, modern, walk in shower would have been great. On a side note, the rooms do not have a safe. I was uncomfortable with this at first but used my pass coded suitcase as a safe in the end. A minor unfortunate thing is the pool area doesn’t get sun past 11am as it’s blocked by the building itself. Still some nice hours to be had in the sun if up early enough.

Very good overall. Would stay there again but rates are competitive in the area and that would be a consideration. Breakfast seemed "good" though I was just there for coffee and a muffin. Was in a One-Bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable for me - even though traveling alone I like 'a lot of space!' Friendly staff.

No safety handles for tub/shower. One day's housekeeping was requested for after 10am when I was to be gone a few hours; returning at 1:15pm it was not completed and as I wasn't leaving again until 5:30pm and they finished at 5pm, that was disappointing but not a 'deal breaker' to consider staying another time.

Clean hotel with great breakfast offerings. Cookies with tea and coffee offered in the evening. King bed room was a great size and we appreciated that there was a sitting chair, tv tray - type table, and a large work desk with a rolling chair. Toiletries were good. Fairly quiet when we stayed as there seemed to be plenty of vacancy.

Parking fee: I’d understand if this fee was for a covered and secured lot but it’s not. Pet fee: best to book for multiple days to get the most out of your fee since it’s a $75 charge per stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Great value. Room and hallways were very clean. Would stay here again.

The tub drain was really slow, flooding the tub during showers. Also, the valve that transferred the water from the lower spigot up to the shower head was not operating well. Most of the water still came out of the spigot, but barely enough for the shower head. My stay was really short, so didn't bother to report it. Housekeeping should notice plumbing issues when they clean.

Clean, friendly, safety feature to use elevators to get access to rooms, large room and great location.

I was charged more than Booking.com quoted. There was a safety issue with a belligerent guest who had to be removed by law enforcement. The mattresses and pillows definitely need to be replaced, old, and lumpy. Carpet had threads that were loose and sticking up in a lot of areas that had a lot of foot traffic

The location was great! Staff were very kind and super social at the front desk. They immediately made us feel welcomed!

The rooms have very little artificial lighting so once the sun is down, it’s fairly dark, which mainly due to the age of the place. Also, the fact that parking overnight is extra was a tad annoying, why not list that in the bill to begin with, or hide it in the night rate so I don’t know about it. Lastly, at the elevator area, it always smelled a little stinky, not sure why?

Upon arrival, the front desk was amazing! She let us know everything that we needed to know from wifi to on-site facilities, especially the fact that she was reminding everyone about Daylight Savings Time. Breakfast was great the 2 days we stayed and rooms were clean and tidy. Our room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Also, a flat screen tv with basic channels. Definitely will be booking again!

There's not much to complain about. Our fridge wasn't really cooling. I'm not sure if it just needed a new one, but even after a day, our drinks were not as cold.

We've stayed here before, and we will stay here again. The scent that you smell as soon as you walk in is very nice. We asked for a top floor room, and we got a top floor room. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool could have been a little bigger. When we checked out, I had to go back to my room. Out of the 3 elevators they had, there was only one working; and there were a lot of people going up and down.

Solid hotel - just like any other hotel you travel to for business. The pool and hot tub were nice bonusses, and the front desk staff resolved an issue I had with my reservation with a smile

The location is in the middle of a huge office park. Great if you have to visit Qualcomm, but otherwise a bit boring.

The location was great as it was a walking distance to the center where I was having a training. The hotel was nice and the stuff was wonderful. The breakfast could be a bit more diverse and healthier (if possible).

The only thing that I didn't like it was the breakfast on Monday morning. I would really appreciate a bit healthier options. But besides that everything was great.
