The room itself was clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave. The TV was large, and had a port I could fit a Roku stick in. Staff was polite and the lobby market was full. It was well within my expectations.

Lots of homelessness around the hotel. Kind of dumpy area. When we arrived, there was a man obviously on drugs wandering the parking lot. To be fair, away from the cars, but it didn't inspire confidence. Also, a group of younger adults were hanging out in the parking lot in a large group for hours smoking pot. I wouldn't normally care about that, but it made me uncomfortable to park there.

The bed was very comfortable, and clean. The room and bathroom was relatively clean for the US, the people cleaning it did a great job. The hotel is close to the highway and you're super fast at Disneyland or the Convention Center, without having to pay the prices close to that places. I liked that they had filtered hot water in the lobby, so you could get a proper tea at all time (I travel with my own organic tea and did not try their offer)

Breakfast was typical American. I have a lever disease and can't eat that poisoned artificial food people enjoy in the US in general without running into problems, but they offered bananas, I could eat. Of course they don't use modern 1st world windows anywhere in the US, so I could hear the highway, but it was not a problem, as I was very tired anyway and slept well in the comfortable clean bed. The US likes to produce mountains of plastic and paper trash, so it was no surprise that they only offered paper dishes & cups and plastic flatware - nothing for young generations or kids that wanna save the planet for future generations.

Room is clean & bed is comfy. Free bfast in the morning is a plus, they give us quite a variety of choices. Location is ok, surrounded by many other motels, but no restaurants nearby. We had a night flight and asked for late check out, the guy in the front was kind enough to let us stay til 1.30pm.

The bathroom door really needs maintainance since it makes loud noise when we open & close. I woke up the other members when I need to go in the middle of the night, and also the faucet sink is very hard to be lifted up. We stayed for 3 nights & 4 days, on the 3rd day the cleaner only cleaned the bathroom but didnt make up our bed. We didnt complain, its no big issue.

This was just what we wanted, the room was a good size, clean and the beds were really comfortable. We stayed here to go to Disneyland, which was a little further out, but we got a great deal and was only a 15 minute drive. The breakfast was a real bonus, the selection was good and we were able to take some bagels out for a quick breakfast on the go. Would recommend

We did have an issue when we checked out, that even though the person on reception said it was all paid for in advance so there was nothing to pay, about 5 minutes later as we were about to drive away, we got a banking notification to say there had been another charge for the full amount. I went back in and was told they would sort it, which they did, but this did make the experience a little more stressful than we needed, especially as we were leaving super early for the airport.

The manager and the reception staf were outstanding! The free breakfast each morning was great! All staff I encountered always seem to have a smile and nice hello when I saw them. I had to extend my stay by two nights and the manager and reception staff did it all with no stress on my part. Thank you for making my stay a great experience! Hotel was very clean and very updated rooms furniture etc.

For me nothing

This was our second stay at this location within 5 days. It was our stop before and after a 5 day cruise out of Long Beach, CA. This time, we stayed on the 6th floor facing the pool. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The lights still required a card in the slot by the door to function fully. The pool was very nice, clean, cool water, and towels were provided at the pool. Free parking was a plus! Good security personnel and devices. The TV had a lot of good channels and worked great. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We did not try the breakfast this time because we wanted to get up and leave early to beat the traffic. Being on the pool side, we did not notice the traffic noise as much this time. The staff is very friendly and kind! At 5 a.m., it was EASY onto the freeway and getting out of L.A. on a Saturday morning.

We had some neighbors this time who were very loud and going in and out of their room until after 11 pm. and letting the door slam shut. They were talking and laughing very loudly, and we were trying to sleep early since we were driving 12 hours the next day, starting at 5 am. We did finally get some good sleep after I got up and knocked on their door at 11 pm. They didn't answer, but they got the message. The second elevator was still out of order (we stayed here 5 days before) and there was a bit of a wait for it a couple of times.

The night staff front desk concierge young lady was exceptional, helpful, and very very sweet. She stated she was new and the info I asked about she wasn't sure on the answer and was a sweet heart and right then and there Resolved the questions I had by asking her manager . Very much enjoyed my stay.

The homeless and drug use out side at night when I was walking my service dog wasn't the greatest feeling being a female at night and no security to keep a eye out. Also no trash cans out side to throw trash away.

We stayed here to visit Disney and it was a good choice, since Disney is 15 minutes away. The entire hotel was super clean. The room is modern, beautiful and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, the mattresses are super comfortable, I rested very well. I have a problem with my neck and whenever I travel I take my personal pillow, but I don't need it here because the mattress and pillows were super comfortable, like the orthopedic mattress and pillows at my home. The bathroom in the room is very nice and they have Dove brand shampoo, soap and body wash, I loved that, not all hotels give you those things of good quality. Excellent breakfast, very varied and delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It's very clean, good room layout with details that provide convenience. Comfortable bed; I like the large size fluffy pillows. I had a good night's sleep! Breakfast had good choices. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo, bodywash, etc were a good brand, there was even a hand soap!

Just minor stuff, like the faucet in the sink was not easy to turn. It does work though.

The hotel was located in a very accessible area. Close to everything a traveler could need. Very clean and well kept. I never had to ask for towels or new bed linen. The staff was amazing.

I honestly have zero complaints. I will definitely be coming back for an extended stay soon.
