Very friendly service and clean, spacious rooms. The staff for the hotel and restaurants were all very gracious and helpful.

The restaurant quality was good but not great and they didn't offer everything on their printed menu. The website menu was completely out of date and we had partly chosen this location on some of those menu items being available for our daughter. Prices were high vs quality. Also, the advertised market in the lobby was only open occasionally and the hotel staff couldn't predict the market hours except to say when they opened each morning. Other than that, one never knew when it would be open or closed. This was inconvenient to say the least.

That wasn’t told ahead of time that the pool was under construction and not told ahead of booking room that parking is $40. Per day also when checking in the first time she was friendly and asked if I would want my room cleaned I said yes and she said okay we will text you when your room is ready got text someone else helped me check on I was told there would be no room cleaning since your here only two days but then we have a house keeper wake us up to clean room miss communication at desk ?

From the moment we were greeted by Tommy, the most welcoming, professional and warm front check-in rep, to the breakfast meal close to checkout time, we stood in awe of the above and beyond service and kindness. Nadia and George made sure to speak to us and inquire of our stay during breakfast. It's not something ppl do in NorCal. They also sang the birthday song to my daughter quite heartily and the gesture was just so genuine and warm and thoughtful and just joyous, she's told me she will never forget how strangers sang to her on the day she turned 6. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for creating the most wondrous memories for my family. It was unexpected! And we will never forget. We spoke to Molthua (?), a hotel manager upon checkout, and he extended the same kindness and generosity, as well. Whatever your leadership skills and culture is, please continue to thrive and spread. You are doing fantastic. I hope your level of customer service affects everyone for miles around!

The mattresses could be of better quality!

Registration was handled quick and professional. The room was exceptional, nice decor with all amenities I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. We were stayed at this location to attend the 49er football game, Parking at the hotel was easy, covenant with assistances from an attendant. The breakfast buffet was stocked with outstanding options, our waiter was peasant and attentive.

It was nice and comfortable. I love the location being that it was within walking distance to Levi Stadium.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking despite being a guest at the hotel. I did not like that breakfast was not included with the room purchase. I also did not like how expensive the breakfast buffet being offered cost.

The accommodations are always great whenever we stay here. We always come for dance competitions so the rooms work well for us. The gym and pool are great leisures.

I asked to extend for late check out but when I got to the room before my check out time, I was not able to access the room anymore so I had to go back to the front desk. Also because of the events, it's always a struggle to get on the elavators.

11 PM bar close on Saturday when you have 2 major events and 49er game before and after is just bad business decision and you cutting off at least 65% of your hotel gates and 100% of everyone there for the Cal Extreme Event. Employee stated "till mgt changes that it will be this way". Ridicuous and lost revenue for the hotel!

The rooms were nice, hotel is beautiful. The kids loved it especially the pool. The bartender was quick, nice, and on point with the drinks. Front desk was nice and very helpful. We showed up early and they were still able to check us in, and get us into our rooms.

We ordered room service, 2 pizzas and french fries, for $65 the pizza was alright, not my cup of tea. I wanted to use my debit card instead of the credit card that was on file, I was told they would bring it back up once they went downstairs to charge it, but I ended up going downstairs to get it because they never brought it back up.

The room was very well laid out and equipped for work. The Marketplace options for coffee, snacks and stuff are excellent. Parking is pretty convenient, but not cheap.

Decor was a little tired. The main restaurants are only OK rather than memorable. Parking costs are fairly high.

We drove and the parking lot was full. We were told we can try to park in Stadium parking. We were told this never happened before and the attendant didn’t know what we should do. Check in is 3:00 but our room wasn’t available until 3:15.
