We loved the location! There is a little downtown area just a block from the hotel and we walked down there every morning for coffee (two really nice gourmet coffee houses) and breakfast (one was organic and gluten free, the other was a basic diner with fantastic food). In the evenings we also had dinner that was excellent and the street was lined with little white lights in the trees. Very charming! Nice rooms and very comfortable.

My only complaint would be that there are train tracks that run alongside the road next to the hotel. My husband only heard the train once, but it woke me up every hour or two the first night (blew the horn as it got close to town and it rattled the windows). On the second night I asked the staff in the lobby for some earplugs (which they gave me) and I slept MUCH better. Bring your own earplugs just in case. I was a little surprised no one said anything to us when we checked in or had earplugs in the rooms themselves.

The room as very spacious and the bathroom fully equipped. We had private access to the bar at the terrace and managed to enjoy cocktails before bed, almost in our pijamas. The hotel is 5 mins away from the train station, that reaches Union Station in 40 mins. The breakfast is very healthy! yogurt, fruit, coffee and pastries, but also toasts, cereal and boiled eggs. Very nice!

The air conditioning in the room is very noisy and we couldn't managed to tune it down when needed. It was very effective though.

After reading other reviews about the noise, we requested a room at the back of the hotel which was relatively quiet. Beds were super comfortable and the room had almost everything we needed. Great location just off the main street, walking distance to great restaurants. Being able to park under the hotel for no additional charge was also a bonus. Even though the booking said no meals included, there are some light breakfast options provided.

Would be great to have a coffee machine and some basic cutlery available in the rooms (mugs, spoons, forks, plates etc). Shower water pressure could be stronger and the bathroom tap is a terrible design as noted in other reviews. However these are minor points and I'd still stay here again.

We stayed a single night while returning from San Diego to Santa Clara and found this great hotel to spend our travel break. We were delighted to see everything was pretty new and super clean everywhere, the beds comfortable, and the spaces with tons of style. The breakfast was simple but had all we needed for a recharging morning. There are free coffee and juice to take all day. The parking is inside the hotel building, and it was free. We want to come back again to know Santa Clarita and this hotel better in the future.

Everything about this place is wonderful. I have stayed here four times now and tried each single king room offered. This last time was the king suite which was more than expected.

Nothing really! Party happening on the weekends loud music which could interrupt your sleep if you are trying to make it an early night. Plus the train cruises by often. Again, not a deal breaker! Don’t like the tv selection! Thats what I don’t like about hotels regardless!

Lovely little hotel. We checked in fairly late due to delays at immigration but it wasn't a problem for them. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Really nice toiletries. Downstairs there was a coffee/hot chocolate machine and also free fruit juices as well as a cold water machine. This was perfect for filling up our water bottles before going out for the day. The hotel is near a train line which I could hear in the evening if I listened out but I didn't notice it overnight. Would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds. Great location - we used this location as a starting point for our visit to Universal and Warner as well, and it was a short ride.

It rained a lot during our stay and the water entered the room. We've announced at the reception, but other than adding a lot of towels to stop the water they couldn't do that much. I'm sure that it's not typical California weather, so it was ok overall.

Squeaky Clean, affordable, the Staff is always above and beyond, nice, and super friendly not to mention accommodating! Great place to stay in Santa Clarita. If you are a tourist, it’s a 30 min drive to Hollywood and all the tourist areas. It’s an extraordinary clean and safe to stay here verses staying in the main tourist areas where it’s expensive dirty and unsafe. This is a FANTASTIC place !

I didn’t get deposit back after checking out. and that’s not good: yes I chang my room more than 2-3 times. cuz when I longer it, someone take it before so I have to change the room: for changing the room it’s not keep deposit: after check out: I didn’t get my money back: I bought something for $15. and that’s it: I didn’t get my money back: PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM: MY LAST ROOM NUMBER WAS 254: 🙂

We liked the location as it was close to areas we planned to visit. The decor is nice and staff very friendly. Also the parking is very convenient. We also appreciated having juices and coffee always available.

The breakfast was minimal but better than nothing—fresh pastry would have been nice but the packaged pastry made it easier to serve guests.
