Loved The Location. The 3 floor levels are Great, with Awesome Security system for a Nice Safe Stay. Pool is nice. Great For a Night stay if Attending Any Event at Stockton Arena. Only a 10 mins walk around the Water Front. Perfect for Couples , Will Definitely be Booking here in the Future. Also Big thanks To the Front Desk Representative in the Morning. She helped make sure my Reservation was Perfect

Floors Could have been Mopped Better, Fridge Door tilted every time it opened. Not a lot but very inconvenient when it happens every time it opens. Some light were a little too Dim . Especially in Mirror areas. My partner Expressed it alot lol. A Base board Was Loose in Bathroom

The Management team is friendly, helpful & professional. As is the entire front desk personal. "Chan" who is part of The security/maintenence team always greeted guests with a big smile & went out of his way to make guests feel safe when making his late night rounds. He was also seen doing various tasks to help in keeping the grounds neat & tidy & he never hesitated to offer help when he saw it was needed. The rooms are bright, clean & bigger than was expected. The full size fridge , large microwave & big countertop with large sink were very convenient allowing me to save money by not having to eat out during my extended stay.

Parking could be a bit challenging on busy weekends but management quickly made suitable arrangements.

Rooms are fairly new, clean, and there are facilities for preparing food (microwave, fridge, sink separate from toilet vanity).

Floors are laminate which seems easy to clean but it means you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the room above you. Every stomp, every chair or bed adjustment, it's awful. We had to be relocated at 10pm once it became evident that we would not be able to sleep. BUT! They relocated very quickly. My advice is to ensure you are placed in a 3rd floor room (there are elevators) or ask if there are any occupants in the rooms above you.

I love the cleanliness of the rooms and entire property. The housekeeping & maintenance staff are very friendly & attentive to your needs. The front desk staff is very courteous, helpful, very professional & friendly. I appreciate the fact that they have several security cameras that are continuously being monitored especially at night. Because Management takes extra measures in security. I feel very safe & comfortable staying at this hotel. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Stockton. It is a great value and exceeds all my needs & expectations.

Unlike most other hotels, there is no breakfast of any kind offered at this motel. But McDonald's & 7-eleven are within walking distance so all the other great qualities of this hotel make up for the lack of no breakfast.

This hotel is clean and the staff was wonderful. The location is very nice. Food and scenery within walking distance. We asked for extra pillows, and they gave them to us super fast with smiles. There is an awesome amount of snacks and convenience items in the lobby for purchase if you have a late night chocolate craving like I do! This seriously was a nice place to stay. You won't find better for the same price!

The walls are thin, and we spent a good portion of our night listening to our neighbors' loud conversations. The hotel can not control that, so it is no fault to them, just bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Loved everything about it. As soon as you walk in, the gentleman had a welcoming smile. He was kind to show us where our room was. My family and I we're exhausted from our trip and he made us forget all about how we felt. The lobby and the whole location was very clean. The room was incredible! My kids loved it. Everything shown on the pictures, is how the room was! Which I loved. Even as we checked out the women was greeting people 6a.m with a smile and wishing them great trips. For me and my family Studio 6 Suites was a great stay

Didn't know they had breakfast! Waterfront area was ok. We liked the room it was modern retro I guess. Ac worked great. frig was full size, ice maker worked, pool was great an all the staff were very friendly!!

We did ask for ground floor room an got one but it was next to laundry/ice machine room so lots of door slamming all nite. But room was comfortable so all was good!
