I loved it! The hotel was very NICE!!!! Very clean, professional staff (friendly too), and the room was top tier! On top of all that, the breakfast was actually really good (potatoes, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast - THE WORKS)! I 100% recommend to anyone and I plan on going back to this hotel! ALSO, they have a very CLEAN and SAFE underground parking! 10/10 worth it!

Everything was amazing, if anything... I would say they could be transparent from the start and mention that it costs $9 for parking. The price is worth it, but I felt like I randomly got hit with the $9 charge after my stay there. I just wish they would've let me know to expect the charge ( I would've happily accepted with a smile).

The young lady when I first checked in, was very friendly helpful I encountered two other young ladies the next day, not as friendly, not as helpful

Parking fee, I think it should be included in your stay. Also, I did not like the fact that they did not give you water every day you stayed in the facility. They only greet you with two waters when you arrive and if you want to purchase a water three dollars for one bottle of water so I went up the street and I bought some waters to keep in my room for the rest of my stay.

The parking accessibility was excellent , quick and easy check in, easy access to the elevator very clean and quiet corridors the room was extremely clean modern and well conditioned, the breakfast yummy and good variety of choices the staff were nice and polite !

You need staff at the front desk to make you feel welcome to feel that you are getting to the right place, they act emotionally free, dry without showing empathy.

We ended up here, unexpectedly, for three days when my son had a medical issue while we were traveling. The staff was super nice and helpful. The facility was brand new and spotless. The fitness room was top notch and open 24/7. The breakfast was a full, hot breakfast that changed daily. We always felt safe when going back and forth to our car. Parking was convenient. There were also plenty of nice places, inside and out, for me to work remotely. The only strange moment was when we had to book our room online each night rather than through the front desk person, but it wasn't a big deal and just took a few minutes. All in all, fantastic stay in a great hotel with a nice, attentive staff! Thank you!

The location is close to my friends and the breakfast was good. I used the treadmill and our rooms were very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the walk in shower with the rolling glass doors. We were on the El Camino side so it got a little noisy when the sun came up but not bad. My husband and I stayed three nights and each enjoyed our own room. Thank you!

Staff were thorough. Breakfast was included but I did not have breakfast at hotel. Rooms are clean. Could hear the neighbouring room at times, walls are thin. Central to most spots in Santa Clara I think.

I had to pay for parking. I knew about that beforehand, so neither a surprise nor hidden charge. I would have preferred free parking especially when there are a few hotels within a block or two that offer free parking.

Breakfast included more or less everything that these kind of hotels offer but the quality was very good and the personnel super helpfull and professional. Moreover, breakfast was complimentary, so that gives extra points!

There is nothing that I actually did not like, but I will mention that there is a pet-fee of $50 as something that bothers me in general. However, I understand that this is part of most hotels policy and that there are also customers who might find this fair and reasonable.

They were willing to accommodate a sudden change in the number of nights (Early check out). Receipts were issued smoothly.

Being asked for the Wifi password every time I leave the hotel. It would be better if it could automatically connect for the duration of the stay.

I have zero complaints about the cleanliness of the room, and centrality of the location. It was a great stay overall, and I'll be back again for sure.

A few issues came up on my end which staff were quick to respond to and accommodate. That said, the communication aspect was a bit of a hit and miss prior to my stay (due to one of my bookings not appearing on the system), but was met with better staff during my visit.

this Inn is new and clean, the space enough for 2 person, near to many restaurants and convenience store. the staff is nice.

I stayed here for two nights, I can hear the room next to us talking clearly during the morning and midnight. the wall is too thin. the parking is 8 for a night.
