Breakfast was Delicious as always. The multiple choice selections for the breakfast are nice and exciting. Staff there very friendly. Everything about this location is always nice, accomodating and comfortable

There is nothing about my stay that I dislike. My stay and everything about my stay was Exceptional. This is the only hotel that I will stay at every time I come to Tehachapi coming from Arizona. Keep up the Great Hospitality and Cleanliness of the rooms.

We were greeted with a very friendly check in. We felt comfortable and welcomed! The pool was great after all the cold the kids loved being able to swim. The beds were great, breakfast was amazing! Also a real treat for the kids. All I would suggest there is to offer water bottles.

The hotel and its facilities were much nicer than we expected. I didn't expect we'd have a sitting room as well as a bedroom, and the bedroom itself was large. Breakfast was nicer than most and the grounds outside the breakfast room were inviting, as was the pool and jacuzzi.

Nothing we didn't like.

Booking.com definitely dropped the ball, my stay was never confirmed. Luckily I was able to get a room and treated with respect by the team. I was visiting from out of town and knowing I booked through booking.com was honestly a giant joke. Thankfully the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Booking.com is a giant joke lol.

extra space with TV and surround sound. it felt more like an apartment/home. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

hot tub had an issue with jets directed upwards instead of towards center of pool. reported yo desk who said they'd have maintenance check it out.

The size of the room, restroom and tub were extraordinary! The view of the gazebo and courtyard was relaxing and calming. Our room was spotless. The breakfast choices were very nice, with real eggs, bacon and Belgian waffles.

Our bed was quite firm. This is not a personal favorite for us, but was not a dealbreaker. I would stay there again anytime.

The pillows were so comfortable. As someone that will stay in hotels for a relaxing experience this was definitely my top favorite .

The only thing I didn't like was the tv brightness was so low it was hard to watch TV and no staff could help .

Everything was wonderful.. check in, the desk attendant was very professional, we were there for a wedding and it was quite a few of us all getting our rooms and she was very courteous..the beds were comfortable, clean room, bathrooms great.. they serve a nice breakfast.. overall great place to stay

Everything was great

Easy on/off the freeway. Brightly lit outside, safe location. Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Breakfast more than adequate. Good value for the money.

pillows were too stiff and tall. some way to get hikers to bath before getting in hot tub. hot tub questionable after they went in. questionable color of water after them.
