Very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

There were people smoking pot and being very loud outside our door each night as our room was on the end of the building on the ground floor. Each time my husband opened the door to ask them to move or quiet down the pot smell came into the room. Everywhere we went in Ukiah you could smell pot, it's everywhere there. Half of parking lot was being redone, so that caused everyone to park in the smaller parking lot which was over crowded. The hotel is right next to a very busy main road with an offramp in front of the hotel and overpass right next to the back of the hotel. With this location it's noisy with road noise and sirens, and a challenge to get in and out of the parking lot.

I loved the hot tub in the room. The staff was amazing the T.V. wasn't working and they cane uo tok fix it and when front desk couldn't he called maintenance right away who could. Loved having a vending machine downstairs that I could go to instead of walking to the store.

Breakfast. The eggs were gross and so was the biscuits n gravy. Cups for drinks could be bigger. Vending machine could have a bigger variety of sweets in it or just a bigger variety in general maybe get another vending machine.

The room was more spacious than expected. The buffet-style breakfast provided was also good considering the price I paid for it plus the room, and the location is convenient for heading out to Lake Mendocino!

Bathtub appeared a little dirty. Location is not convenient for people who prefer to have a hotel closer to downtown or shopping areas (which I do not care about but just putting it there for those who do).

For a mid-range hotel, the room was extremely large - perhaps because we requested handicap accessible. As I'm recovery from a broken ankle, the extra space in the main room was appreciated, though the bathroom was relatively small. The floors were nice and new, and the room was quiet.

The bathroom was a little tight - he door barely made it past the toilet. And I would have preferred fluffier towels. But there was an extra blanket that I put to good use.

Note that they keep the tub stoppers at the front desk. Unfortunately, we were not told this at check in. When I wanted to use the tub, I discovered no stopper. I called the front desk several times over a 10 minute period, but no answer. A stuffed wash cloth solved our problem.

The Hotel was very clean and nice. I do recommend them using nicer Towels, the ones they have in their rooms are very old and not soft at all. Replace them, it wood make your rooms more comfortable

The staff was accommodating and kind and gave us extra blankets the night we arrived. The rooms were really spacious and clean, the grounds were clean as well, and we felt safe. We will stay again the next time we visit our family in Ukiah.

With housekeeping services only done on an every other day basis, which is completely understandable due to the pandemic, it would have been nice to have a designated (large) garbage bin/box for guests. We didn't see one and weren't told of one by staff. With having stayed eight nights, having general trash and trash from food delivery, we accumulated a fair amount and had to take it to my parent's house to dispose of it. Also, the mattresses were uncomfortably stiff.

The breakfast was good; more food than I anticipated. The room was spotless. But there was no night light in the bathroom.

There were no wall decorations. The mattress was too soft for me. It was just right for my wife.

Location couldn't have been more convenient — right off the highway. I arrived at 3a and there was someone on site to check me in; he also moved me to a ground floor room when I told him I had lots of bags.

Lighting was a bit harsh, but I'm sensitive. I was able to dim with a tee shirt over the bedside lampshade.

Property was clean, relatively quiet, even though next to the freeway.

Ice maker was turned off. Kids were outside making noise until the wee hours of the morning
