The location is great - right across the parking lot from Granzella's restaurant facility which includes a restaurant (I believe only open for breakfast and lunch currently), a large bar that's open for dinner, a sandwich counter, an ice cream counter, espresso coffee service, and groceries with an Italian focus. A gift shop is located across the street from the restaurant building. The breakfast was better than some other hotels have at this point (post-pandemic). They include extra protein items such as packages of peanut butter, hard-boiled eggs, and string cheese, in addition to the more standard oatmeal, toaster waffles, and some sort of muffins, plus there was fresh fruit. They had cookies and coffee in the lobby when we arrived (5:30p). The room was comfortable and clean.

Our room was across from the breakfast room. It became a little noisy at about 7:30 or 8a. If you want to sleep later than that time, definitley request to NOT have that room.

We stayed here on the way down to Palm Springs and on the way back. Easy access from the freeway, clean/neat/tidy facility, exceptional staff and value, rooms/beds/bedding were very comfortable. You walk across the parking lot for a nice meal at their restaurant. The deli/gift shop had an excellent selection of wines. I'd highly recommend staying here in Williams vs. a chain hotel in Sacramento or off the freeway.

Continental breakfast was adequate.

Great location close to the freeway but very quiet .Clean and spacious rooms . They have a nice souvenir shop and restaurant that belongs to Granzella ‘ s Inn .

They do not have elevators . If you are in the “ canonic ages “ like we are , ask for a room on the first floor . The breakfast served in the hotel is terrible . They definitely want you to use their restaurants if you want a good breakfast to start your day.

I love the location. I eat dinner at their restaurant, gas up at station at same exit. Rate for room is reasonable for room. Received text from staff at property letting me know my room was ready. I requested ground floor room as it is difficult for me to climb stairs and they provided my request.

Very happy with room, staff property.

We enjoyed after a long day of travel to walk across the parking lot to choose restaurant dining or the deli. They also offer an amazing selection of bottled and packaged fine foods. I can personally recommend the olive oil and muffuletta. I bought this for myself and a gift for my daughter. She is having me buy her more on our return trip. The accommodations are excellent.

After a long drive, was so happy to check in to this property. It was my first stay here. Greeted by guest staff who was friendly and very knowledgeable about restaurant. Room was GREAT, clean, very clean bathroom! Very reasonable price for room (King room). No great view, but did o come for stay for that. Will definitely stay again!

It is conveniently located and just a nice place to stay. I’m sure I’ll be back again

Well, the curtains didn’t shut properly so the men cleaning the windows had a great view. But they didn’t linger or act creepy, they were actually quite nice.

Breakfast was basic. Too many sweet options. Would have preferred a muffin or other offering that was not sweet. Location was good. A bit off the freeway so not too noisy.

The hotel itself was fine. We arrived later and was told the restaurant was open until 9. We went over at 7:45 and were told we could not be seated as it closed at 8. The reason we chose the hotel was to not need to drive to a restaurant for dinner...

Looking for a travel stopover, the tiny agricultural town of Williams never seemed like it would have much to offer. Wrong assumption. Granzellas was fantastic----both the hotel as well as the wonderful Restaurant-Deli-Gift shop-Bar-bakery complex right next door. Hotel was very modern, immaculately clean with wonderful beds. Felt new and well kept up. The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. We stayed here twice, going and returning on our driving trip and very much enjoyed each stay. We would absolutely use Williams and Granzellas for future stopovers in Central California. We had two meals---one in the giant, fascinatingly decorated bar, and one in the attractive and comfortable Restaurant---both excellent. The whole family business knows how to please visitors---both travelers and locals----and make them feel at home.

Continental breakfast offering at the hotel was modest (probably due to Covid) but Granzella's restaurant right next door served a wonderful full breakfast.
