The front desk staff was amazing, they were friendly and cared about our stay.

The rooms had a smell like weed. I had non smoking rooms. I had my children with me which I didn't like them exposed to that smell.

It was really good the staff was really helpful & sweet & the location is perfect

The white bed spread was a little stained but it was clean

We stayed her for 2 nights during our trip to California and the location was convenient with plenty of parking

On the 1st morning of our stay there was no butter available for our toast at breakfast time - & the lady at the hotel checked her pantry and just said sorry there is no butter The breakfast room was very small and the hotel allowed people to take their breakfasts back to their rooms which meant many people loaded up there breakfast tray with stuff - this is probably why there was no butter and why lots of the selection of breakfast stuff was not available when we went down at about 8.30 am for our 1st morning (only 1 yogurt left as an example) - our 2nd morning there was butter for our toast but still not a lot of selection of

First floor room.

I had a difficult time finding the hotel as my car navigation was not working. It was 93 temps and took me almost an hour to find the hotel as it sits back off the main street behind a MacDonalds. The front lobby is on the side of the hotel so when you drive in you don't see the lobby. I didn't see any signs for the hotel when on Main St. Check in is thru a screen with a picture of a person. Luckily a manager came out from the front lobby counter to help me as I was very frustrated and had a senior dog to carry around in the hot weather. However, I would stay again now that I know where the hotel is located but a first timer could have a problem.

I am used to staying in places that are nice, so I was a little worried, and saw mixed reviews, but it was just a place to crash before a very early flight out of smf the next morning. This was such a pleasant surprise-- very clean, modern furniture, didn't hear noise from other rooms, and there is a 24 hour security guy making sure it's all cool. The room was nicer than one I just spent almost 3 times as much on at the coast. I will definitely stay again next time I have an early flight out. McDonalds and Black Bear Diner are just across the parking lot, and Carl's and Dennys are on the next block, so very convenient.

The only thing i didn't like was the bed was hard for my tastes. I saw lots of complaints about the virtual check-in, but was better than I imagined it to be--odd, but not unpleasant. And the security guy at the front desk answered some questions for us about what was in the area.

I was very pleased with my stay at Days Inn in Woodland. It's not a four-star hotel but met my needs very well for a good price. When I checked in, I said I wanted a quiet room so my room was on the top floor but facing the freeway!! I could hear cars drive by. Since I mentioned I wanted a quiet room, I was surprised I was given a room facing the freeway. I got a kick out of the machine with a live person on a screen I used to check in!!! I also didn't expect maid service for my 3-night stay but I received service after the second night.

I wish breakfast was served until 10 a.m. instead of until 9 a.m.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a microwave and fridge.

The AI receptionist in a box is a bit weird, but really was unhappy while I was giving her all of my info, her voice was very loud as she repeated my name, over and over again. I had to type my email and phone number. It was displayed on the screen in LARGE print. along with my full name, for the person in line, behind me to see. You had that info already, I felt it very unnecessary to give it to you in that manor. I even voiced my opinion to the AI greeter!! If I were traveling alone, I would have felt even more vulnerable!!! I will not stay there if I'm traveling alone and will tell others about this invasion of privacy.

I was on the first floor. The parking lot was very well lit!. The desk clerk, an elderly gentleman, was quite endearing the way he made me feel welcome - something about the way he took the time to tell me about what he would be offering for breakfast the next morning.

The room had no warmth-- it was a cold feeling-- stark. The fridge was off-- it was barely cool by next morning. A bummer-- used ice from your machine to keep my Insulin cold. Not a big deal-- for me...

Conveniently located off highway and next to Black Bear Diner. Easy check in and out. Rooms clean. Check in by kiosk futuristic. Front part of parking lot is well lit for security.. Despite being next to major roadways, traffic noise was minimal on 2nd floor. Continental breakfast good, but limited to cereal and grains, yogurts, milk, bagels, coffee, juice. While I was concerned about the security of my fully packed SUV, in the end it was safe in the well lit front parking area. Met a few other pleasant travelers at breakfast time.

While kept up well, building is older. Not even sure there was a elevator to 2nd floor. Air conditioner quite loud, though that may have been helpful to drown out outside noise...in the end, we slept well.

Location, staff, amenities, room had fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and offered cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, juice, milk in the morning. The cleaning crew was the friendliest and very very very attentive especially Sophia, I was sure to ask for her name. Another time we went to pool in morning and it was locked and she immediately had it opened for us and brought us pool towels without having to ask.

It was an inconvenience that there was no elevator. But the cleaning staff Sophia assisted in helping carry my items down the stairs, very courteous lady that went out of her way.
