We liked most the helpfulness and understanding of the error made by Booking. com and their help in resolving the Bookings. com error

We did not like that Bookings.com had neglected to notify the Hampton Inn of the change in schedule thus we were not registered and noted as a no-show so that we had to pay Hampton Inn for the evening until resolved

Enjoyed the location, ease of parking. Appreciated the breakfast and clean room. Felt safe as a mom traveling with kids. Quiet location.

Pool needed some attention, there was stuff floating in it and the first day the deck area was clean, second night there was matches and cigarette butt on the ground which was gross to walk on barefoot.

The people working the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable like all Hampton Inns, which is why I seek Hampton Inns on my travels. I also appreciated that the bathroom contained environmentally friendly refillable bottles of shampoo and soap instead of throw-away single-use products.

The hotel was clean and room was spacious. There are some restaurants nearby and a Walmart very close by. The hotel is located on the west side of the city, so if you were planning to do things in the center of Alamosa, you will need to drive. The breakfast area is large with a lot of seating and the provided breakfast has numerous hot and cold options.

The microwave in the room is tiny.

Very good breakfast. The hotel clerk and breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful I have stayed here 6 times over the years with children.

I made a mistake booking the rooms in 2 different adult names on Booking.com The hotel clerk helped to put both on my credit card.

The room was super clean, and check in was a breeze. The breakfast area is surprising for a chain hotel. There was fresh fruit, two waffle makers (one for large, one for minis), and hot items (e.g. potatoes, scrambled eggs). We normally skip breakfast at chain hotels because they are normally very very crummy but this one wasn't bad at all!

Wifi was semi-slow, but we spent just one night there. The wifi was very strong and fast on the first floor but weakened on the 4th floor.

Loved that the free breakfast was like a breakfast buffet. The staff was nice and attentive.

The property was good. I only had an issue checking in, there was a Booking.com issue, on the app it showed I was booked and confirmed but in site, there was no room assigned. The hotel staff worked on it and got us a room.

Everything was very clean, modern, and well stocked with any necessary or needed items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic!

I don't have anything to say here. We really enjoyed our stay here!

AJ from the front desk was remarkably patient & helpful. She made great effort to resolve a billing issue which cropped up after our stay.

Staff was great, hotel was clean, location was good with easy access to the highway. Food was good, but could have been better, but hey, it’s a free breakfast.

Shower head was terrible, too low flow, took forever to get showered up.
