The location just off of 40 was great. The grassy area for the pups was fantastic. The person who checked us in - I think his name may have been JP - was super accommodating and moved us to the first floor for our older pup who doesn't do well on stairs or in elevators. It was quite quiet, even on the first floor, and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was also nice, although it's not the most varied breakfast.

Our room was kind of hot and AC didn't seem to help a ton. It wasn't unbearable though.

The location was helpful as there are not many hotels in this area. Also beautiful as the view over the fields was stunning. Breakfast was fine.

This is a little hotel cluster in an area without many services. Actually, there are hardly any services except for a fast food place. There is a Pilot gas station with some foods, mostly snacks, salads (good and fresh), and fried stuff. I guess the chain restaurants will follow in due course.

Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the lower rim on bathtub.

Toilet was way way too low!!! Did not even come up to my knees!! And I am only 5’4 1/2”. The bed was too soft but the chair in the room wss really comfortable. Wish refrig would have had an ice compartment.

It was very good. The gentleman on Sunday morning (August 15) was so helpful and friendly. He made us feel at home. The receptionist, a young male and a female were both very nice. Everyone helped us feel welcome and appreciated. ThankYou!

Our only complaint was the beds were VERY firm. I am aware this is one aspect that totally depends on the customer’s preference.

Liked that it was closer to I70. Liked that we had a one bedroom suite with a door that closed so we had privacy from our kids. Those are hard to find.

The whole town smelled bad and we could still smell it in our room. The door to the patio outside the pool had a bad lock and wouldn't open from the outside. We had to walk around to the front of the hotel in our swim suites.

The place was very clean and up to date.

Once we arrived there was a very strong odor outside. As if we were very near a water treatment facility. The hot tub was out of service and there were a few other machines, vending and laundry, that were out of service.

Comfortable beds, I slept very well after driving all day.

I put on my booking that I would like to be on ground level due to having trouble getting my bag inside due to disabilities. I'm sure the young man that checked me in thought he was doing the right thing by giving me the disabled room, however I was on the second floor at the very other end of the building from the elevator which caused me to have to carry my stuff farther than I would have had if he would have just given me a regular room.

Right off of I70 and it seems like it’s in the middle of nowhere, so it’s just incredibly peaceful!

Honestly nothing.

The breakfast was very good and there was enough variety/selection of food items (prepackaged or made to order) to meet the needs of most people. The small in-house store had a nice selection of items of snacks for sale. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, and it was quiet on my floor.

The pool was closed, but that wasn't really a big deal. The property is kind of a perfect mid-priced hotel in one of the bigger towns in eastern Colorado. There are more expensive options and less expensive options nearby, but this one has enough amenities for a comfortable stay. I only spent one night.

The breakfast was good, the staff was nice and the pool was refreshing. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable, so good we even slept in later than normal. The location was perfect and the size of the town is just the right size and everyone is friendly. Will stay again!

The temp. of the pool could of been a few degrees warmer. It was refreshing but would of enjoyed if it was a little warmer. Did not see anything else that could of been improved. It was one of the places I will stay at again.
