Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center is my go-to place to stay when in Denver. Close to downtown and all the other attractions we come to visit. Clean hotel, good breakfast will lots of options. Usually exceeds all our expectations.

Upon arrival, the room I had selected on booking .com was not the room I got. This was a first. There should have been 2 double beds. Instead, the room was a king with a sofa pull out. I went downstairs to inquire, and the lady at the desk said there was nothing they could do, and it was a booking.com issue as they did that. There were two "beds" . That might have been so, but her attitude and the other employee left something to ve desired. I booked months out, had a full description of the room I booked on the email, and just disappointed it was not what we got and how it was received when I went to explain my concerns.

Everything was clean. Rooms were excellent.

On both days that we went to eat breakfast, the staff were very rude. My husband needs a walker, so we decided to sit at the handicap table as it was closer & safer. On the 1st day I asked the man that was picking up dishes if he could clean the table for us. There was food all over the table. He got a drenched towel and threw all the food on the floor. Left the table wet. I had to get a few napkins to dry the table & pick up the food from the floor so my husband would not slip & fall. Both days we ate there the staff seemed upset if you asked for any assistance.

We arrived our original room smelled like smoke. We called the front desk and the attendant told us to come down and he would get us situated in a different room immediately. He did and the next room was great, no smoke smell. The breakfast was great! Many choices! Delicious food. The beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be at first glance. Reception hour was a cool idea.

The AC did not get cool enough, we still were hot through the night. No fan in the bathroom. Breakfast shut down before scheduled hours (by 10 mins).

I absolutely love this hotel. While being a hotel there is a family feel to it. The breakfast is amazing and I have always been greeted so nicely. This trip I was sick as a dog. I stayed in my room the whole time. I let the front desk know that I didn’t want the room turned down because I was not planning on leaving it. They had orange juice sent up and a note that said get well soon. It’s the little things!!!!!!

The staff was great, the amenities were very good. Breakfast was outstanding and they have a happy hour with free drink tickets.

The facility itself is just beginning to show some age. I wasn't crazy about paying to park, but it is in a shared lot so that might not be the hotel's choice.

The guy at front desk was so kind & patient. He was welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions for things we asked about.

Everything was great...even the kids (thanks Taylor Swift) that pushed every elevator button weren't irritating as it allowed us to chat with other guests as we picked up passengers on every floor. In 1 trip down we found 9 of us were from suburbs around. Dallas, TX and another was moving there end of summer!! Interesting!!! 😊💙

I love Embassy suites. Super yummy breakfast and amazing friendly staff. I travel alone and the happy hour is always good and comfortable. Usually meet someone to talk to. Yes!!! Stay here.

I had a very strange incident here for the first time ever. They took care of it very professionally and listened to me with extreme care and interest

The location was fabulous, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was so kind. Loved it!

I think the comforters on the beds are the worst I’ve ever used. The duvet is slippery and falls off the bed without fail. The actual comforter inside of the duvet slides to the bottom. NEEDS to be replaced. This property would also benefit from a hot tub.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very kind and gracious. Our grandkids were there and enjoyed the swimming.

Quite a bit of outside noise. Next door had a constant "electronical" (?) noise going on. Not completely unbearable however.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. I love that the hotel does not nickel and dime the customers. Free parking, free breakfast with great quality and quantity, free wifi. I don't have to worry about being charged for extra, hidden things. Rooms were nice and clean, staff were great and helpful. We come here every year with our family and we always look forward to it. I love the separate rooms from the bedroom. Also, I love that there is a good size table for a place to eat.

The beds and pillows are getting soft. Some of the furnishings are getting old. They are nice and clean but it needs a bit of updating. Needs new carpet, bedding, beds. Swimming pool is old, cold, and needs to be more clean.
