Newly remodeled hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made my trip more interesting with their advice & tips about the city attractions, a local owned organic supermarket down the block, shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Fernando for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The motel had just undergone a complete renovation and everything was brand new. The staff bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

the neatness and cleanliness and they were working on making even more neat and clean. I like businesses that move forward in improvements at all times. To me that’s a good form of business and one that practices that is a business I’m willing to transact with Only.

The deposit time to get back to my account. I don’t mind a deposit amount but when a place that has the authority to take money off a card even without money in the account but does not have the power to immediately put it back without lieing about it as in “it’s under the control of your bank” well then why does my bank let you take money I don’t have but not let me have my own money when it’s deposited in my account Does Not Make Sense To Me!

Location and view of the mountains. The young man that checked us in and out was very nice and eager to please.

No elevator to upper floor. The room we were given initially had a very loose door knob and the room had trash in the trash can, pillows were disarrayed and a used towel in the bathroom. This was reported to the young man who checked us in who apologized and gave us another room that was nice and clean.

I planned a last minute trip too catch up with an old friend, and this property came up nearby for a reasonable price. The area was near the city center, and felt generally safe (as an older woman). The room was just what one needed for a night. There is a certain Colorado Springs vibe that this place has.

It was nothing special. The coffee was rough(, but it was free)!

Nevada Flats was SUCH an awesome stay. The building is so retro and charming from the outside and the rooms were newly renovated which was a huge bonus! The beds were comfy and the staff was so friendly. The location was honestly why I booked this stay, because it's so close to everything in Colorado Springs. No complaints!

Reasonable price. Excellent location with a very short walk to a range of good quality places to eat. The property is also within a reasonable and direct walking distance to the downtown area. The room was basic but with a very comfortable bed.

As the room faced on to a lit car parking area, better fitting curtains would have helped.

Hotel is newly renovated but some people aren’t that’s in the area. The staff are wonderful and solve Every Guest issues and I was one of them. I would recommend more good people to become guest so the quality become overall better. Thank you again for your services.

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Small fridge in room, too. Nice furnishings for this level of hotel. Jeff was so very helpful when there was a mix-up in the kind of room upon check-in. Great service!

First, they charged a hefty deposit 24 hrs prior to check-in. Then instead of applying it upon check-out, it will be credited back.
