We booked the room with the big jetted tub. It worked great and was enjoyed by my wife to relax and stretch out. Signage about where the controls are would be helpful. We eventually figured it out though. The staff was friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, a good amount of amenities, and a decent breakfast buffet. The room was cleaned well by housekeeping.

The property itself felt a little outdated and in need of general remodeling or repairs, mostly cosmetic, but this is a property that I plan on returning to when my plans call for it.

The location was perfect. Easy five minute walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. We upgraded to a suite which worked really well for us since we'd already been traveling for six weeks. We were there during off-season so not many people there which also was nice. Place was quiet.

Breakfast was average. Would be nice to have more fresh fruit. And to offer herbal teas in your tea selection.

I liked the room setup. The refrigerator was perfect, microwave in room, cafeteria tray was nice to have around The beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure. The indoor pool was a plus but we didn't utilize it due to time constraints. It was at a dead end so no outside bother. My room view was great with a family of deer right outside. It was convenient to restaurants and a bowling alley which was fun. The front desk was prompt with requests. The breakfast bar was delicious with varieties. 24 hour coffee supplied. Elevator usage was a plus. We used the washer and dryer on the premises. Check in via kiosk was something new to me but easy to navigate.

Need to have a machine that exchanges quarters for dollars for detergent and dryer sheets. We had to run around getting change for the machine. More and better luggage carriers. We could've used another key for the room but didn't bother asking so that was our fault

I stayed here to hit Vail and Beaver Creek. There is an hourly Eagle County commuter bus about 10 minutes away. There is a common heated pool and tub.

When they used to be the Eagle River Lodge, I remember breakfast of biscuits and gravy. During the stay, it was sausage and probable powdered eggs as the mains. The yogurt was pretty frozen, too.

Very good place to stay if you plan to ski at Vail. Its much cheaper than any hotel closer to Vail. It takes approx 25 minutes drive from Eagle to Vail parking place. Room was ok with all necessary amenities. Pool is great with very hot water - its good to spend there a time after skiing.

Breakfast choice was poor.

How friendly and accommodating the front desk concierge. They upgraded my reservation, always has a smile, which I greatly appreciate from a long day at work.

The room I stayed in the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, and the mattress seemed to sag in the middle. If the mattress are able to be rotated and or flipped that will extend the life of the mattress.

Very nice facility, have stayed before it was Wingate and enjoyed. Wonderful breakfast!

It is very close to highway, make sure window is closed, I think maids opened for fresh air which we appreciate, but we didn't figure out till the morning so was kind of noisy.

I have been stopping in this motel over 20 years on a regular basis in the winter every year until 2020. about 20 nights a year on average. it was my place to stay whenever I went skiing. it was my first return since and then. the hotel is now under new ownership, and AJ has done a good job at restoring and modernizing the place. it was badly overdue ! it 's great ,and I will be back during this ski season. I can only highly recommend this property. period!

This is a great place to stay. I love staying in the king room with jetted tub!!! Great breakfast!!! Friendly staff. Always very clean. Lots of lamps in the room which keep it nice and bright!! Love it!!

everything. idk how anyone can complain about price when it’s 30 min from Vail. you would need to pay 3x the price to get a place this nice in Vail if your lucky. comfortable bed, good temp, clean for the most part.

nothings extremely nice about it. everything is satisfactory + a bit but nothing is luxury by any means. aside from that it all works and management does a lot to keep it the way it is
