I liked the room setup. The refrigerator was perfect, microwave in room, cafeteria tray was nice to have around The beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure. The indoor pool was a plus but we didn't utilize it due to time constraints. It was at a dead end so no outside bother. My room view was great with a family of deer right outside. It was convenient to restaurants and a bowling alley which was fun. The front desk was prompt with requests. The breakfast bar was delicious with varieties. 24 hour coffee supplied. Elevator usage was a plus. We used the washer and dryer on the premises. Check in via kiosk was something new to me but easy to navigate.

Need to have a machine that exchanges quarters for dollars for detergent and dryer sheets. We had to run around getting change for the machine. More and better luggage carriers. We could've used another key for the room but didn't bother asking so that was our fault

How friendly and accommodating the front desk concierge. They upgraded my reservation, always has a smile, which I greatly appreciate from a long day at work.

The room I stayed in the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, and the mattress seemed to sag in the middle. If the mattress are able to be rotated and or flipped that will extend the life of the mattress.

I have been stopping in this motel over 20 years on a regular basis in the winter every year until 2020. about 20 nights a year on average. it was my place to stay whenever I went skiing. it was my first return since and then. the hotel is now under new ownership, and AJ has done a good job at restoring and modernizing the place. it was badly overdue ! it 's great ,and I will be back during this ski season. I can only highly recommend this property. period!

everything. idk how anyone can complain about price when it’s 30 min from Vail. you would need to pay 3x the price to get a place this nice in Vail if your lucky. comfortable bed, good temp, clean for the most part.

nothings extremely nice about it. everything is satisfactory + a bit but nothing is luxury by any means. aside from that it all works and management does a lot to keep it the way it is

We’d had a tough trip. What we desired was clean sheets, hot water, and quiet. We got all of that. The only thing we did not experience was the breakfast, since our car trouble made us hurry home, but we did get some nice hot coffee. Everyone was friendly, with the desk clerk even offering to help me with my bags. There was no need, since they honored our request and gave us a first-floor room and there was a baggage cart. Overall, this was just lovely and perfect for our needs.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mary Ellen went way above and beyond to make us comfortable. Every request was taken care of quickly. We spent six days in the area exploring the backroads. It was great to come back to a clean, relaxing room.

Minor details like making sure every room has a microwave and light bulbs in all lamps. Some of the towels are threadbare and rough. Breakfast was basic but similar to other hotels in the same class.

Very accommodating front desk. I needed room near elevator because of disabilities and I had 2 granddaughters needing their own room. My room was right across from the elevator and the girls were in the room right next door. The housekeeping staff was also very nice.

I didn't like the view from our room. We were on the back side of the hotel which faced a mountain side. Did not realize the pool was open as it was closed according to their website.

The breakfast was perfect. a lot of food. The desk guy helps us a lot. Perfect located close to Vail and on the way to Aspen. everything was perfect there. Price was the best in all the mountains.

Everything was perfect. honestly I don't disagree with something. Maybe the coffee maker was not working but there was another options like hot chocolate so I don't mind at the end.

Basic breakfast. No more. Room rather small and cramped. For instance, the refrigerator was placed directly beside the bed, with typical refrigerator sounds all night long. In-room coffee maker did not function.

The place is under new management and they were getting the place fixed up. The room was satisfactory. Had a great place to sit outside and enjoy the sites. They allow dogs even though we don't have a dog at this time.

There may be some hair on the towels, and some kills in the bathroom to make sure it doesn't get moldy. Would improve the outside sitting area.
