Good location, nice view of mountains in the distance. The limited staff we encountered were friendly. Hotel was quiet, rooms decent, nice tvs. Greatly appreciated hot breakfast. We went there earlier in the morning and seating was limited, 8am was a good time a bit more seating, still lots of food and more was being brought out. Was the same food every day but I won’t complain about free meals. Pool was nice to have although small. I liked the gym even though I didnt have time to use it.

Room had an odour. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The light in the bedroom didn’t work. Some of our bedding was stained. No one made up our room on the second day even though we did not have a DND sign and were within the time frame.

Breakfast was very good. They had eggs, suasage, Bagels, Cereal Biscuits and Gravy, Yogurt. Coffee was always available and the staff was very friendly every morning! Housekeeping is by request only and only on Monday,Wednesday,Friday but if we needed anything we just asked the very friendly housekeepers we would meet in the hall and they would give us anything we needed.

We stayed through the weekend and Saturday night when we returned to the hotel and visiting with family, The parking lot was completely full. We ended up parking on the edge of the lot while others had to park in the dirt field next to the parking lot.

Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool every morning. The breakfast was very well presented and was maintained well. I was impressed with the attitude of every staff member I had contact with, from the gentleman that checked us in at 2:30 AM on Sunday to the people tending to the breakfast area to the ladies in housekeeping.

Nothing comes to mind, except it could have been warmer outside while we were there.Was very pleased

It was new and very nice. Loved all the full, hot breakfast selections. And that there was always and ice tea dispensers in the lobby. Loved the scent of the body wash.

The only complaint was that there was only one elevator - for the guests plus cleaning staff. Just surprised at only one elevator for the number of floors and rooms.

Breakfast was good. I guess one of the kitchen staff made homemade hot sauce to go on the eggs. It was excellent!!! I'd like to have a recipe if they could share. I am a big milk drinker and the milk was very cold.

Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Pillows were extremely firm. Do they have rooms with more comfortable beds? Just curious

I liked the decor and cleanliness. Free ice tea. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Even helped in the middle of the night, when my elderly mom in law scraped her arm.. found some small medical supplies .. when all nearby stores were closed.

Family of five staying.. no hand towel.. one washcloth.. and only two bath towels.

It was very clean,comfortable beds. The location was good for going to Rocky Mountain National Park. However the road they’re on is closed due to construction and the signage on the road isn’t clear or very many of them. We drove around for half an hour trying to find it. Otherwise the stay was good.

The room was large and clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the hot tub was great the night I got to use it the second night it was too full of kids at all times

I didn't like that they didn't change the breakfast at all from one day to the next it was great the first day not so much the second a little variety would have been good

Staff was very helpful. I had to extend my stay due to car problems and they were very helpful in getting me the best rate possible. Rooms and location were perfect.

Morning weekend staff was sometimes not at the desk and was outside with guests and what looked like to be chatting (NOT smoking). Took some time to get his attention.

When I booked online it said I could pay cash on my arrival. They just wanted a card to hold my room. When I got there that was not the case. My cash was not accepted so I had to use a card which I did not want to do. Apparently the guidelines have changed on that but the vendor I went through didn't have that information.
