I really enjoyed this property and found the staff to be exceptional, especially Quentin. We arrived at the hotel late on a Friday night after our reservation at a different hotel fell through and Quentin greeted us and promptly got us into our room. We decided to stay an extra night the next night and he accommodated us well, getting us the best rate and waiving the pet fees. The property was great for walking the dog with a paved sidewalk and grassy area. We also enjoyed having drinks and appetizers at Harison's and loved the decor they had there.

No fault to the staff, but the rate is pretty high for a budget hotel like Holiday Inn, especially one that does not offer complimentary breakfast.

Our room was close to the outside door so it was easy getting the dogs in and out of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an area right outside of the restaurant that has a long table and chairs where you can sit with your dogs. They even bring the food out to you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Could have had a better walking area for the dogs. Wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the area wasn't under water from all the rain. Other than that I believe the facility more than met our expectations and we would stay there again.

The staff were so friendly and the manager allowed us to change the date of our reservation when we weren’t able to make it for our original booking. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We had lunch at the restaurant next door and the food was quite good.

All the staff were super friendly except for one older man at the front desk early in the morning. Great location for our needs!

I thought breakfast was included but it's not. You only get a $10 off the hotel restaurant. It was fine as we didn't get up and moving in time for breakfast but I still was unaware- also based on other reviews that said "great breakfast, etc...."

Shuttle to ski area was great! Nice sized room, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice to have bar on premises.

Outdoor hot tub luke warm. Temp control in room loud.

Great location to the mountain and town. Shuttle to pick up and drop off was offered. Always fresh coffee and tea In the lobby. Well kept property and modern rooms. Dove bath products. Offered indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Overall very comfortable and nice stay.

Friendly staff. Clean room and the staff at the Rex’s restaurant is great. Jacuzzi is nice and convenient shuttle to and from ski base. Rooms are a good size and multiple areas to sit and put things which is helpful with ski gear. Bed was comfortable.

It would be helpful if there were a shuttle from the hotel into the town. There is a shuttle to and from the base during ski hours but they don’t have one running after hours or to the town so makes meals a bit more difficult. The free bus is 20-30 min wait in the evening and you have to make a change. It’s not walking distance to many things so location isn’t ideal. Housekeeping knocks on the door pretty early in the morning.

Clean and comfortable for the most part. beds are getting a little old maybe. facilities are great. i enjoy the weight room except the TV's don't work most of the time. The restaurant is good, food is above average for the type, atmosphere is nice and the staff is polite and helpful.

Beds are stiff and the wifi isn't always easy to get onto.

The staff upon arrival waa very helpful and friendly. Also the room was clean.

I wish to never be placed in a room where the shower is a standing shower. And it's a 30"×30". To top it off, the grab bar is located across from the shower head. Reducing even more the standing space.

Very quiet and close to all we needed!

Everything was great except that there was no good shows or movies as there was no cable or Roku and due to weather we were more indoors and nothing good to watch!
