Undoubtedly, our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. From the check-in to our departure, we experienced nothing short of excellence. The staff, without exception, was extremely friendly and attentive, contributing significantly to our overall satisfaction. The room was more than comfortable, especially considering we were a group of five people. The provided amenities were comprehensive and of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The cleanliness and organization of the facilities also stood out, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Further enhancing our positive experience, the breakfast buffet was nothing short of spectacular. We loved the room, amenities, and customer service. The breakfast was wonderful, and we loved that they switched it up a bit each day.

If there was more staff at breakfast time to wipe tables and clean floors, that would have made our stay better. Also the free WiFi at only 4Mbps was pretty poor, but I just stayed on my own 5G. Not a big deal! It didn't affect the quality of our stay, but if I'm being honest, the construction workmanship putting our room together was really shoddy- drywall, unlevel shower doors, bathroom door that wouldn't lock as frame was messed up, and vanity handle that kept falling off. But I still give high reviews because we loved this place.

Room size, facilities and location were fantastic.

At breakfast we were watched very closely by two members of staff, whilst we made our food. It was very off-putting. The jacuzzi was extremely hot (far higher than any of the hot tubs and hot springs we have been in) which meant no one could use it. Then the main pool was a little too cool for everyone but was usable.

the Breakfast was good , above average for a Hotel / Motel . The Breakfast area was super clean and the Breakfast staff were excellent and attentive towards all the Guests !

the first 2 night of our stay the mattresses in our room were Hard as a Rock ! Zero sleep and sore in the Morning , we did request to move to another room and the staff members were really nice and Accommodating , the room for our last 2 nights the mattress was way more comfortable but not super nice over the top.

Hilton has these breakfast offerings down to a science. Food just good enough youll eat it coz you're there, mediocre & bland offerings you will not go for seconds. European hospitality food standards should apply to non budget 3*hotels such as this. Step things up, this place shines on all other fronts.

The room was clean and very spacious. I stayed here with my mother and my boyfriend and we all had plenty of room. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent.

Nothing I can think of other than a funky little smell in the living room that came and went every now and then.

Modern, new facility. Very quiet. Front desk and cleaning staff were very pleasant.

It is winter! Breakfast area was very chilly. Building needs an inner door and outer door configuration near the breakfast area so cold air isn't coming in on residents while some are eating and others are exiting the parking lot.

The fitness center. Our room was very spacious and nice. Clean. The staff was also very nice. We loved the hot springs. I think we were the only ones in Steamboat who didn't ski.

The breakfast area needs two waffle makers. Also, there wasn't any hard boiled eggs. The shower water pressure was weak.

Homewood Suites are always a good, safe choice. Location was good, room was quiet (except for someone running down the hall upstairs). You can actually get on the bike path right across the street if you don't mind going through a bit of ruble (depends upon your tires). Staff was responsive. Nice, helpful desk clerk and I forgot his name! Answered all my questions about Strawberry Hot Springs and the road conditions (dirt at end). He had just visited the hot springs.

It wasn't quite the same as in the past. Yes, Covid has created staffing issues, etc., but a review is a review. Little things were missing, fresh fruit (cut up for us!) at breakfast. There were apples and juice. Coffee was good. No evening happy hour :( I didn't feel like I had gotten "good bang for my buck as they say." We paid $750 for two nights mid week in June.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Steamboat Springs, CO is extremely clean and well maintained. From the front desk to the morning breakfast the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a kitchen and sitting area along with a comfy bed and pillows. The morning breakfast was hot and tasty in a very nice dining area. Our stay couldn't have been better.

It was all great - no complaints.
