The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The bathroom was adequate. The front desk staff were very accommodating!!

The restaurant was closed and the hot tub was under remodel, so we couldn't use it. The men's public restroom was out of paper towels for 2 days despite reporting to the front desk. There is no continental breakfast, just a brown bag with a muffin and granola bar. Furniture was oversized for the size of the room, as we had to move the desk chair to get to the bath vanity. The easy chair was full of crumbs.

Very clean rooms double beds were comfortable it was great having the coffee in the morning only downfall no microwave or refrigerator available it was perfect for our stay as we only needed it for the night because of an appointment but would definitely stay again

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Each bed had several pillows, which was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The shower head was great with massage-like settings. The pricing for this facility is very reasonable for what you get. There is also a restaurant.

The TV was hard to figure out and the guide in the room did not match the channels. I had to just keep paging up or down to find something I wanted to watch.

Easy check in. Easy access to rooms. And it seemed stuck in time. Kinda like older stuff.

Low lighting. Humidity is higher due too the pool in the building.

I liked that our room was right next to the pool. They got us in a ground level room as there are no elevators and my mom can't do stairs.

They advertised free breakfast but didn't have it. Just coffee. Only 1 microwave in the main area where you check in and not in the rooms.

Nice large room. Inside facilities were clean. Little snack store was a nice addition. Brown bag breakfast was huge.

Outside area was littered with trash.

It was a very cozy and pleasant experience. It was quiet and peaceful, we felt at home.

We just wish the swimming pool had been available

Receptionist was very friendly and efficient.room was clean. Great location to interstate.will stay again.

Bed was comfortable enough but felt like there was a hole in the middle. Not firm enough.

Cost, beds were very comfortable. Had all amenities we needed. Our battery died in our vehicle overnight but the employee was kind enough to give us a jump. Very kind and courteous.

The rooms were a little outdated but nice. Would have been nice to have breakfast instead of sack "breakfast"
