We never ate breakfast Office help and housecleaning girls were very courteous and helpful. At check in we were able to get same accomidations on first floor due to not being able to do stairs The transition went smoothly. Thank you. Things were left for us at the desk and refrigerator and items were given to us at check in Thank you

We could have used another chair because the couch was too Soft. Not comfort when you have a back problem A couple of couch pillows would have made the couch more comfortable

These are suites and nice size rooms. Although we stayed for one night only and left early the following morning, we didn't use the refrigerator, dishes, etc, but all was nice. It was a very nice hotel. Rachel, who checked us in, was very nice. The hotel dies have shuttle service via erd party to tbe airport (Bradley International). We recommend this hotel

The only thing we noticed was that the hot water handle wobbled at the bathroom sink. As we checked out, it was mentioned to the woman at the counter. She sad she would certainly tell the maintenance person to have it fixed. One thing we did not expect was to get to the rooms we needed to exit the check-in building and get to the rooms from outside. Unfortunately for us, it was raining when we arrived and left the following morning.

The breakfast was better than average, lots of choices and well maintained by the staff. The breakfast room and lobby are spacious and never crowded. The property is exceptionally clean.

Rooms are in separate buildings so walking to the lobby/breakfast area could be a problem in bad weather. The exercise room was very small but had the necessary equipment. The desk attendant on check in could have been more friendly, for instance never mentioned the breakfast hours and how to access the internet.

Everything was excellent for the most part, staff, convenience and location.

There was any trolley concierge at the building I stayed in (bldg 6) so I had to go back and forth with our luggage and that was time consuming and detrimental to my body considering my age. Last, all of the staff was awesome and I typically tip for good service in which I did, however, the last night of our stay the woman that came in for overnight shift at the front desk was very rude and had a super negative demeanor!

Our stay was decent. We spent 3 nights. The facility was very clean. The suites are spacious with comfortable beds. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet for the sofa bed so you didn't have to call front desk for that. It was conveniently close to all fast food and restaurants. Target is 6 minutes away.

We didn't like the fact that we had to walk out side to get to the lobby area for breakfast in the morning

The room was very comfortable with a nicely outfitted kitchenette. We appreciated getting a little goody bag with water and cookies on arrival. The shuttle was great though we had to call to find out how to catch it. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

I appreciated that the hotel chose to use refillable shampoo and soap. Unfortunately, both were empty in our room. The breakfast had many choices but the hot items we chose were all cold.

I was so impressed with the layout of the suite......so comfortable and quiet With the extreme cold weather the back door to building 6 would stay locked no matter how hard I tried to close it.....you might look at that for security

Without asking too many questions, the staff accommodated the needs of my boyfriend and I seamlessly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It was lovely. Shout out to Jeff and (I believe) Shelly and an additional manager.

Staff is very attentive! Needed something fixed in the room, left & it was fixed plus they cleaned the room even though it wasn't the day we scheduled. When I asked to stay an extra night, they added it to my reservation without a problem!

The location was excellent, close to the airport. My family loved the breakfast and more importantly, how clean the hotel was. Thank you for making my family feel special.
