It was a well-rounded breakfast and the food was very good the location was down in the lobby which was good also. Plenty places to set for whoever wanted to eat.

When I originally checked in the front desk guy tried to recharge me and told me to call booking.com to reimburse me because the digital credit card booking has on file wasn't working. I expressed that's not my issue and I gave all my confirmations for my payment and he was still adament about having to recharge me and for me to personally call booking.com. Apparently, it was all corrected once he removed the tax that he wasn't suppose to charge me. To be honest, I think he wanted us to book directly through the hotel and not booking. It was a little shady.

First time staying at hotel. Staff were very courteous rooms met our expectations. Location was accessible to other stores restaurants etc. Doing minor inclement weather from snow, staff took precautions for guests by putting down salt and posted signs for safety measures. Outstanding getaway weekend!!

Your staff was helpful because I am a senior citizen and I came dfw to Philadelphia for my granddaughter college 🎓. They me to my room and made feel safe.

I was charged $11 more than the price quoted on booking.com then once we got to the hotel I was charged another $85 ($50 and $35). It was explained that the $50 was for incidentals. They could not explain the $35 initially but then informed that it was an overage due to booking.com not incorporating the new city taxes??? But now the gentleman that assisted supposedly made the corrections and the $85 should come off within 5-7 days. Also when booking I was given the option to pay then or at the site when I checked in. I selected pay at site but my card was charged 2 days prior to check in anyways.

Breakfast was not that good. Most things were not replaced in a reasonable time. Like oatmeal, eggs and potatoes. Also did not have milk for 2 days. Garbage always overflowing. Party of 8 at four tables for hours every morning and every night.

Location to Casino was less than 1 1/2. Check in for easy and room was clean. Minor security deposit $50 on credit card. Plenty of space to park car and room looked like it had been remodeled. Free Breakfast edible.

The TV remote or guide needed to be reset. I had no idea what channels were available in hotel.

Comparisons are key! I had stayed at a competitor for 1/2 the price...they left the light on for me. It was horrible. by comparison to that experience we liked everything! objectively my impression was nice facility, great staff and very warm and inviting room

My other family members were disappointed with their cleaning policies and had hard time getting new towels etc.. they are staying for a week
