Friendly staff and great location

Door to the room was very difficult to open. It took all our strength to enter and exit the room. It appeared to have been shaved but still not a good fit. Could hear others in the hallway having the same issue which resulted in the slamming of doors. The dining hall could use a secondary waffle maker. Not enough parking available for guests on hotel premises.

the room was awesome! the view was beautiful and the location was ideal for what we were there for!

1 elevator was broken the entire time of our stay. finding space on an elevator with our lag gage on checkout day was impossible and we had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs. breakfast on check out day never happened as the food was empty, no coffee cups so while we booked this location for the breakfast partially we had to go find some elsewhere!

Staff was WONDERFUL!! Daevon was so sweet and helpful!! Breakfast was carry out but had a lot of variety and was very good! Super clean room and bed was very comfortable!

The hallway had strong odor of something similar to wet dog. Not pleasant at all! Our room was small compared to all the other rooms we stayed in there before. I paid extra for the room with the water view but the bathroom was VERY SMALL.

My stay was very nice in the beginning somehow I wasn't checked incorrectly so I had someone come to my room and tell me that I wasn't registered to that room which led me to go downstairs and show proof it was a big inconvenience i was embarrassed in insulted

That is the only thing we can’t rate high! Eggs and bacon was cold, then ran out and took along time to refill!! Coffee wasn’t kept up with either, the cafe was empty by 9:00 and wasn’t refilled for a period of time! Muffins, bagels, toast and fruit was nice selection! And yogurt and fresh blueberries were a nice bonus!

Keep up with the hot food and make sure it stays at least fairly warm!

Price, size of room, customer service, good breakfast . The room was excellent and cleaning staff were extremely helpful

Not enough parking on site, this should be improved. There wasn't enforcement for those who should not be parking there. My only suggestion is make certain you park your car early or it will be full of people going to restaurants or other reasons

The Riverfront location and the patio seating were a major plus, although there were alot of bugs crawling on the chairs and tables.

We had a water leak from the refrigerator, only 1 wash cloth in the room, only 2 spoons, the shower door was off the track , the towel hanger was loose, and bed was not made properly. Beyond those minor problems we were satisfied with the room.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was so kind, we had a great view from our room, fan in the bedroom was amazing, everything was very clean, and the hotel is in a great location. We already booked our next stay at this hotel. It will be our hotel of choice when we take my wife to PA her doctors appointments.

Breakfast was as good as to be expected considering COVID! The room was surprisingly large and spacious and if you're booking, get a river-view room- it won't disappoint. We stayed with two small children in a studio with two Queen beds and the space was adequate!friendly and accommodating staff. Sparkling clean with hardwood floors, which made me feel better as I'm never sure what is lurking in carpets (room is sealed after cleaning) and all the storage space you could want. Pack and plays are provided for infants. I've seen some beat up ones in my day so appreciated that the one sent to us was clean and looked relatively new.

Fridge didn't cool as well as I expected- I put most of the food we brought from home into the freezer. Staff member was very kind but had no idea how to operate it.

Our room was large, clean and quiet. The hotel was right on the River Walk, a nice, safe area for strolling and eating. We walked every night to a different restaurant on the River Walk and enjoyed our meals each time.
