The fact that I can cook my own food and pots and utensils are available is excellent. Very serene and peaceful environment.
Room service has to be requested. Also, I checked after midnight due to some unexpected complications. Although it was my error, I was hoping my two nights would have been extended as such.

The entire experience was wonderful the staff was very nice, Nancy had excellent customer service skills. Was wonderful besides the parking at night, but I still enjoyed my stay.

The 'Professionalism Displayed, By Nancy Upon Arrival. I'm 'Visually Impaired' And Nancy Didn't Hesitate To Assist Me. She Also Called Later To Make Sure That Everything Was Alright. The Added Attention To Small Things, Almost Always Guarantee A Repeat Customer.

Convenient to our event.
The check in process was riddled with problems. The first room provided was not cleaned. The credit card system was having problems (front desk staff said it was happening all night) and this caused about a 1/2 hour delay in getting our room. The room was more of an efficiency than a suite but it sufficed.
