Clean, easy access. Nice Staff. Comfortable, Very well maintained building. Big parking lot. Easy Automated check in and out system.

Breakfast is a mess. Water dispenser has not cold water in two days , Ice maker 1st and 3rd floor are broken(as per one employee). 2 guests had to ask for juice and milk just 8:30 am. Not clean. Juice dispenser out of order. Empty options. No yogurt... Cold boiled eggs. Not good for a $230/ one night.This all 03/24/2024

I’m actually surprised at how many bad reviews there are for this place. The room was clean, fresh towels, fresh sheets, everything wiped down. No bad smells. I didn’t swim in the pool but that also looked pretty clean. Yes, there is a virtual receptionist for check in. But I have to say I preferred it that way.

One of the downside is the breakfast. They have juice, coffee, muffins, toast cereal & hard boiled eggs (no salt only pepper.) I would’ve liked it if there were more options for protein, not just carbs and sugar. The toilet paper was very cheap and scratchy. And the air conditioner made some strange noises.

It was a great location, right down the street from Teri's Cafe, which has great breakfast food at a great price! The settings and environment were beautiful.

It was weird having a kiosk FaceTime a person to get checked in. I was only able to have 1 room key for four people, which was more of an inconvenience than anything. Breakfast was mostly carbs, it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage available.

Well the only thing that I did not like when I first booked this Location was the services fees of $10.00 per night and the taxes where not included in the cost over the over all booking and we had to pay those taxes at the time of check in, Also. folks there is a $100 deposit. Well after seeing the property and rooms and the hotel is in prestige condition and is just one of the most cleanest locations for any hotel i have ever stayed in I could not even find dust on my tv screen.

There was no breakfast at the time of our stay.

I like the new check in/out system, it was cool. The hotel and room were clean and nicely renovated. The bed and pillows were comfy and there were no sounds, which is important to me. About 25 minutes drive to downtown Naples and 30 min. to the Crew Bird Ruckery swamp, where I hiked the next morning with my group.Thank you. I will be back.

Location was perfect for what I needed. Room was a good size

There was only one working ice machine; it was on 3rd floor. Never did see an actual staff member-only on kiosk. AC did not work well. Breakfast only has food that is bread/sugar based-everyone in my room is a diabetic, and there was no one to ask for alternative options.

Location: directly off the interstate, but opposite a gas station with attached store and Mcdonalds, 15 min walk to shopping center with diner and few other restaurants, but not close to any nice park or beach Light: blackout blinds eliminate most light Noise: very quiet even though i had worst room near elevator Bed: firm mattress very comfortable for me

Zoom style check in was bit annoying but doable. Breakfast was pretty lame: cereal, waffle, cup cake, toast, boiled egg, juice, coffee, No bacon or any other cooked delights

Excellent breakfast. The remote receptionist was unusual for us. The location for accessing activities in the area was great.

Not being able to communicate with a real person in reception since the staff was not fluent in English.

great location, right off the I75 and close to Naples area. Room was modern, clean and comfy.

Check in was through a facetime apparatus which I would have preferred a live person, but then I'm old school so there's that.

The room was excellent. Clean and everything about it was comfortable. The cleaning staff was always accommodating to us - giving us whatever we needed. The one morning we had breakfast it was fine.

I didn’t like having no one at the desk. I felt that people were at the pool that were not staying at the hotel. They would drink their Morelos and then leave the empties. On our last evening there were two roofing trucks parked in the parking lot by the garbage area. They had a grill going and music blaring. They were having a party. On Monday morning they were gone. Overall the security at the hotel was nonexistent. The only place we needed to use our key was for our room.
