Excellent cosy home style hotel with a small number of rooms, nice garden and pool, very close to the beach. We had a 2 room apartment, very spacious, airconditioned, nice kitchen and bathroom, walk-in closet (!). There are free beach chairs and towels for guests. A washing machine is available. The stuff is very welcoming. Would definitely come again.

Most of the time the hotel is een oase of peace and quiet, although at weekends larger groups come to stay and dominate the property. Considering the small scale of the property it might be disturbing

What a great little place. Location is a block from the beach. They have beach chairs and nice big towels waiting for you. The check-in was seamless. The pool area looked nice. There is a washer and dryer for guest use as well as a big gas BBQ. Free parking. Walkable to restaurants and the fishing pier. Spotlessly clean full-size fridge. Dish soap, wine opener, what more can one ask?

The in room air conditioner is loud and comes on and off all day and night. Also the room lock is a keypad and I didn't understand that I had to key in the code to lock it when I left, so left room unlocked one day. That said everything was safe and sound when I returned.

The room was very clean with some homey touches. There was plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchenette had every thing I needed, microwave, full size refrigerator and clean dishes! The manager was easy to reach, if needed. The grounds and pool were well maintained and clean. They are on the same block as a beautiful beach and have beach seats to use there. It was nice and quiet, with no street noise. I will definitely stay there again, so restful.

Good size room. Was Clean upon arrival. Everything was in good working condition. A Single lady staff was considerate and helpful. Resort Was close to the beach. we could walk without crossing main road.

Goodies room was not clean. We didn't feel like taking anything from it because items in the room were all over the place and didn't look clean. We were surprised to see shoe rack and uncleaned shoes lying there. Also they have no information for tourists. Standing Shower in the room was small for bigger people and shower pressure wasn't that good.

The room was great, had everything we needed! The staff was very helpful in providing a small binder with all their info, policies, and good places to go in the area.! The kitchen was the perfect size with a good size refrigerator and stove. There were pots pans, utensils, cooking utensils, and ice trays. They provided beach towels, beach chairs and a daily towel cleaning. The best part was the short walk to a stunning beach. I would definitely recommend this place and book again!

The only downside was that it was close to the area with restaurants and stores but, it was not exactly in walking distance so I would recommend renting a car.

This was an updated cottage room with a full kitchen and all the dishes, pans, etc needed. Nice full bath, comfortable queen bed and great TV. We were evacuating from Hurricane Ian so we were delighted to find this gem. Close to the beach and to Boca Raton. Anything you want close by.

The parking area was a bit flooded and the walkways to the rooms had high curbs to manuever, probably to avoid flooding due to its closeness to the ocean. A minor comment is that the bathroom could use some hooks and lighting over the mirror. Otherwise, great.

The pool motor was a little loud in the morning The guest right below us "shushed" us everytime we came in the side gate (even though we were quiet & considerate) it was before 9pm and she was sitting outside

Carolyn was very helpful at check in and also throughout our stay when we needed something. The pool area was really relaxing with comfortable sun beds. Provision of beach towels and chairs was also good. Garden area was also attractive and relaxing.

There was a little noise from passing traffic both in the pool and room. The road is not a main road but provides access to beaches.

Everything seems to be remodeled from the pictures they have listed. It is a beautiful location one block from the beach and a 3 to 5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. We absolutely loved the stay. we did not have one complaint about the property. They let us check in a few hours early because they knew we had just drove three hours from Tampa and we’re ready to relax in our room. The property is very quiet considering it’s in such a great location with a lot of traffic. The pool had a perfect temperature it was great for a late night swims. We will definitely be staying here again when we go to Deerfield beach

Location was great. Small and friendly place - nice little pool. Staff was helpful. I left my phone charger behind and they found it for me and held it until I could come pick it up later that day.

So disappointing to arrive late and tired and find a room that stank of mold. I’m sure this is a constant battle near the ocean, but between the overpowering smell and the old cheap furniture, it felt like I was staying overnight at a goodwill store.
