Reception, rooms updated, fridge in room, lots of care taken by owner and staff, courteous and kind staff, excellent breakfast including moist and delicious biscuits and gravy and grits, great location and safe

It’s a motel but that was fine. All updated and property and guests were well cared for. No elevator but still not an issue especially with all the other wonderful qualities.

The staff was very friendly. I some how booked under my maiden name and the young lady told me I had to call booking to fix it . Thankfully I had my social with my maiden name on it and the manger stepped in and took it . It was in a good location as well .

Some minor things like our bathroom door could be replaced for looks and maybe some detail cleaning like around baseboards.

This is by no means fancy, but I rated 10 because the room/bathroom were extremely clean and bed linen smelled fresh. The location in the heart of Destin and 5min from beach are also a 10 for me. The exterior of the building could use a face-lift but the price was also good value for money.

Building exterior needs fresh coat of paint.

Everything was exceptional.

We liked the room we had, next to the pool. the view from the pool was amazing. Access to everything nearby.

it was a smoking room without an ashtray or a do not disturb sign. Noisy, early in the morning. Something loud was running like a lawnmower or something. other than that it was great. Most definitely will stay again!!

Quiet room, nice a/c, tv had allot of good channels.

There was a roach on the dresser, paint was peeling off the walls, towel with black stains on it in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable! Great location! The hotel property and rooms could use some updating abd refreshing! Other than those items, it was good!

The non cleanliness and smell! Looks old and outdated.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job with cleaning the room up daily. The pool area was clean and the water was clear and nice. Excellent value when on a budget.

The only negatives were that you couldn’t walk to the beach, and only one washer and one dryer were operable when we visited.

It was in center of town location and easy to get to everything with it being our first time to Destin. Room was perfect for what my family needed.

It did need some updates as it is kind of older.

Everything went well! My bed and room were very comfortable!. The only thing,the water came out of the side of the shower, when showering, I kept a towel by the floor. Thank you!
