The location was ample for fast arrival for shopping and pleasure. The staff was nice and ready to answer all questions. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The rooms were almost soundproof. We were roomed near the elevator. We heard people going and coming with the door closing and talking but it wasn't disturbing at all.

The only downfall during the stay was the sausages at breakfast was not cooked completely. Other than that other items were delicious especially the water with the fruit offered all day.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming housekeeping, even gave me a list of highly recommended restaurants in the area.

Hard for me to get small face towels but my issue bc i put up the door sign requesting no housekeping

The staff was very kind to me. Austin was helpful the first second we spoke.

The rug was very clean which Is the first thing I look for in a hotel. I feel like the bathroom could have been better though because it is the second thing I look for. I found a couple of hairs in the shower and crud in the corners by the toilet and shower. The hair was not for any of us because it was before we took a shower and the hair was long and straight. That really bothers me and makes me uncomfortable. To a normal person they probably wouldn't have noticed though lol. Also there was alot of lamps but really not too much light. The window did show a great deal of natural sunlight in the AM though.

The staff member helping with the breakfast was exceptional. Very kind and always made us feel welcome- we looked forward to seeing her in the morning. Also when we checked in - there were several of us all at the same time - just as the person with the breakfast area- this staff member never got flustered and treated each guest as if they were the only guest in front of her.

There were not any outlets right by the bed that we could find. Since I use my phone for an alarm -I did not want to have the phone that far away from me— Thankfully I had a very long cord

I think it’s time for an upgrade Cracked tiles in bathroom Shower door leaks Looks okay on surface until went out to Pensacola Beach Fairfield hotel and that bathroom sparkled.

Quiet and close to many restaurants, downtown and other attractions

The shower enclosure leaked around the bottom seal and when I wiped the water up the towel was very dirty. The floors and carpets could use a good cleaning.

Breakfast was a little bland and arrangement of foods and appliances were not coordinated very well.

Electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work and bathroom door did not totally close.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible off the interstate. Hotel staff was friendly . The breakfast selections were adequate - eggs, breakfast meat, waffle, oatmeal, bagels, cereals, yogurts.

The only thing that I did not like is that they do housecleaning every other day, so on my 2nd day there, I had to go downstairs to get clean towels.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, bathroom updated and nice size. We were on the ground floor near a door where we parked so very convenient for bringing in our luggage. Would recommend 107 for seniors. Nice location. I noticed an exercise room. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe here.

If it matters to you the room we stayed in had carpet on the floors, but room seemed very clean and modern. We had no complaints. We would stay here again.

The staff was really nice and check in was very easy. The lobby has a really nice fragrance when you walk in. The hotel is close to restaurants.

The bathroom door was hard to close and one of the lights didn't work.
