we left tampa for hurricane milton monday night, booked another hotel which didnt tell us they had a pet limit when we called before we drove 7.5 hrs. they refused us a stay so we called rest and relax and they accepted us right away and last minute, it was convenient to restaurants and shopping and the interstate. it's also close to hospitals as a mom of 2 boys and a wife of a chronically Ill husband those were a huge bonus. they also didn't have a pet limit which is amazing. pool was clean , people were respectful , staff was awesome and accommodating.

that my room was connected to another room but that isn't that big of a deal. obv not a deal breaker.

Very accommodating, very kid friendly and family friendly as well... very clean and well kept...the rooms where very nice and clean plenty of room....the pool was very well maintained and kept up crystal clear blue....

No coffee or breakfast. But there is a waffle house at the end of the road as you first turn on it....it's in walking distance for those of you who like to walk....also the owner does not allow you to sit outside your room in a folding chair you have to stand up when you wanna go outside to get fresh air and for those of you who are handicapped and cannot stand for a long period of time this can be a bit of a problem for you......

Our room was actually two adjoining rooms. One had two beds, the other had a couch, chair, table, and bathroom/sink area. There was also a large refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet/counter area. This worked very nicely for us. The pool was a real bonus for us for our granddaughter to play.

This is an older property. There were numerous items that needed much repair and update. The towels were short, but we brought our own. There were people cleaning rooms every day, but ours didn't even get the trash cans emptied. There were trash receptacles near our room, so we just did it ourselves.

The manager is amazing she is very understanding she listens to her guest abd if they have any problems then she works with them to come up with a solution that meets the customers needs she is very accomdating hands down she is the best manager I have met in Pensacola by far

Great location and very clean. There's not a lot of riff raff either. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

The construction is an inconvenience, but I understand it's a necessary evil. Glad their improving.

The lighting outside the room was very good and comforting. The pool was gorgeous, but it was a little too cold for me to use. The room had plenty of space.

There are not nearly enough electrical outlets. It had a refrigerator, microwave, TV and coffee maker, but one always had to remain unplugged. The switch on one of the lights next to the bed was broken, so I only had one light. There was no table to eat at. Only a small accent table that was too short and not very big. Room could use some sprucing up.

Located on my thoroughfare accessible to attractions. Close to showing center (walking). Excellent service and supplies. Staff willing to assist with needs.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Everything was amazing, except there was a problem with hot water. Except for taking cool showers, it was a great stay. Hopefully they get the hot water issues resolved soon!

Expectations were better than I thought

I asked for a check out at 12, young lady said no. Usually I would suck it up. But since my son was leaving for Airforce, their bus was running behind. So I had to run back pack my room and I missed him leaving. So it ruined the whole purpose of my stay.

Family and kid friendly the staff was exceptionally accommodating and very understanding. I totally recommend staying here anytime of the year
