The location was nice, close to the cruise port/ airport and down the street from a restaurant we had enjoyed a few weeks earlier that we wanted to go back to! There was a nice pool on the property (no time to use it!) but saw people quietly enjoying the pool in the mornings and evenings as we were coming/going. The place was clean, quiet and nicely furnished (comfortable bed, pillows, etc). It felt like a safe location (secure).

1 - There was no place to put our clothes - no closet, no luggage rack or chair big enough for a suitcase. We had just come off a 12 night cruise so had several suitcases. The bookcase can be used to put a couple small things for one person. There is a small metal table and two chairs, so we were able to use the table for one of the suitcases, but the others we needed to lift, open, get what we needed, close it. before putting it back on the floor. 2 - The shower was nice and big, water pressure was good. But the shower leaked water from the shower door no matter which way you angle the showerhead. Needed to use one of the towels to soak up the puddle in the bathroom/entry. It almost looked like someone put the door in wrong?

The privacy was good yet plenty of people around. It had a locked gated entrance.The style was cute/clean, price was great, provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, had a kitchenette as well as a grill.

Sometimes our code wouldn't work on the back gate, and the sink in bathroom was draining extremely slow. It didn't bother us because we weren't in there much, but we did send a message to the automated system asking if we had any problems with check in and never heard from anyone to fix it.

The pool, comfort and very supportive host who was always willing to assist.

I stay in 3 different rooms over the course of 3 weeks. Some of the rooms furniture/utensils weren’t that great, the couch in my last unit always gave me a skin reaction for some reason.

They have a quiet hours policy, but the other guests didn’t respect it, a couple of times people were talking too loud on the hallway at 1:00 am o 2:00 am in the morning. Also, the unit we stayed in was near the air conditioning units, and the gray one specifically make a lot of noise, it does a kind of buzzing and wasn’t comfortable to sleep.

Keypad lock needs to be replaced. It was unlit and didn't accept the code half the time. Sometimes it took me over 5 minutes to get in my room.

Staying there twice and both times getting into the room was almost impossible as you had no one to meet you and when everything failed they don't answer the phone, we almost had to go through the window before being given the wrong code three times

The keyless entry was great, the quick responses if I had any questions was a good thing

the Wifi didn't work well in the room, not enough closet space for long stays (but considering the price it was still good).

Location was great. We loved the fact we could walk out of the room and into the pool.

The shower leaked all over the floor and was clogged. When we requested a plunger or service for repair we got a respond text but no action taken. We couldn’t shower until we bought a plunger and unclogged the drain ourselves. Also, wish they would have a coin machine in the laundry area for the machines.

Pool. laundry. Location. Apartment decor was refreshing, except for the couch. It was a good design, but looked dingy compared to the rest of the apt. Kitchen is well stocked, though it was missing a pan for sauteing or frying an egg. A/C worked very well and I felt right at home.

Arriving early at 930a, I knew I had to wait for my room, so I enjoyed the shaded pool area. Very pleasant. Around 130p, I found my room empty and looking very clean. It still took over 2 hrs before I was let into the room, and this only because I made several calls to Lowkl, who worked hard to reach property personal. I do wonder how long my room was ready without notification that I could access it.
