It was efficient in most ways.

Do not like the robot way. Machine was ok, but you need people at desk. There was not anyone at all. Couldn't get the manager. Line was always busy. We had no soap,shampoo or lotion. Shower soap and shampoo dispenser's were empty. Never saw any employee . I gave the man on robot computer my Whyndam card number, but have yet to have my points now several times I have used Whyndam.

Clean updated hotel in a great location. Was pleasantly surprised for the price point. Rooms were large and comfortable. Property is near everything. We will be back to stay as our son is attending college nearby.

The virtual front desk kiosk is not that great. It was fine for check in but we needed more towels and since there was not a physical person at the front desk, we had to go to the kiosk and it took quite a while to get the towels. My son forgot his toothbrush and we wanted to see if the hotel had one. Once again, had to go to the kiosk and never got the toothbrush. Checkout had a line so we ended up just leaving without checking out.

The room was very nice & clean & comfortable! The staff that I interacted with were all very nice.

The only thing that I would suggest is that the breakfast that’s included with the price to stay was available a little longer…like 6am-10am instead of just till 9am. I also think there should be a little more breakfast available, like possibly eggs & bacon or sausage. And maybe even adding a flavored creamer for the coffee such as French Vanilla & Hazelnut. The only other thing that was disappointing is that the pool was closed, but it never said anything about that when making my reservation. This is Florida and it’s always pool weather here.

We were super surprised and happy with this hotel! We needed a stay-over after arriving from the airport late at night before travelling a lot the next day. For the value of what we paid, we were shocked at the super breakfast choices, the comfortable beds, the bathroom, the pool, the ice machine--it felt like a full-service hotel! Check-in and check-out were so cool--we spoke to a super friendly receptionist via their automated check-in. So GREAT!!

I wasn’t a fan of the virtual receptionist. it took a lot longer than other hotels to get checked in. I also was double charged :/ I booked for 2 nights in total of $208 and some change + $100 refundable security deposit. so $308 including that... then I see another charge for $104.. I told the receptionist and he insisted the $104 was the security deposit and I said that it wasn’t. If it doesn’t come off by the end of the week, I will have to dispute the transaction. The staff was lovely, but you can see the inconvenience that can cause.

Location, value. it’s really clean. Breakfast is ok, no bacon, no scramble eggs. customer service is virtual.

customer service is in India, they charged me twice the deposit which is $100. customer service didn’t resolve the problem and try to explain to me that deposit will be return. They charged me $200 instead $100. Rude customer service virtual. There are not customer service in the hotel. You have to talk through the computer. “RUDE” Customer service.

Days in goes above and beyond to insure comfort of guests. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than a restaurant. I would definitely recommend Days Inn. I will search out a Days Inn to stay when traveling again.

Staff was a little hard to communicate with when asking questions. Bathroom was not condusive to older people. Bathtub (shower) was difficult for older people to get into. No handrail to hold onto.

Where to start at this surprising gem of a hotel! Reserved the least expensive room. The room was huge - a California king bed, outlets galore, a full size sectional couch, a dining table w/chairs (2). The room was super clean, very bright with true block out blinds. Can you believe this - a hot breakfast (haven't seen one of those in 2+ years), with a waffler. The kitchen staff was very friendly and very, very helpful when it came to making the waffles. If you are ever in the area make sure to stay there. More value for your money than any other hotel in the area.

There is absolutely nothing that I did not like.

Cleanness and location

Was charged an additional $186 on top of what I was already charged on top of what booking cost wound up paying same as as I would have just walked in and Health Department had swimming pool shut down could not use pool and you can't check in until 3:00 p.m. after being on a plane for 8 hours just wanted to lay down for a few minutes will end up having to drive around until 2:30 then was allowed to check in if I wanted to check in early they would have charged me more money don't like the hidden fee thing screws up a budget set I was only there for a funeral was not plan on spending a ton of money

Very weird to have only a remote attendant to check in. I got into town early and wanted to stash my bags and stay at the pool but there was no one to help me. The guy in the box just said "Wait in the lobby" WIth a real person I feel like some accomodations might have been made.
