Good value and close to restaurants. Staff was nice and friendly. we didn’t have any issues here. we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

they offered breakfast but for us it was either waffles or cold cereal and juice and coffee. while there a man came and put yogurt in the frig. rather disappointed with breakfast. otherwise a great place!

The breakfast only had one hot option which was waffles. Some breakfast meat would have been nice but the waffles were excellent.

I didn't like housekeeping knocking on my door at 9am and walking in before i said come in and then knocked again at 10:30. I didnt appreciate being disturbed twice before checkout

the hotel was nice and very clean. i had ease of checking in and had everything i needed.

the bed was a bit too firm but it was clean. the breakfast was very small like only cereal, waffle maker, fruit, and yogurt. not much, but something.

Other guest were too loud on the 2 floor and ran washer and dryer until 2:00 am. TV was loud. Someone needs to govern the building better and stop guest from disturbing others. When I checked out and commented on what had happened I was told “we’ll they are not supposed to do that”

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast, or lack thereof! There is no reason at this point to not provide the expected breakfast. Either bring the quality and selection up a lot or drop the price. Microwaved taquitos and packaged danish don't please guests. And no fruit, yogurt, or hard boiled eggs?

Breakfast was okay. Glad that they are serving a somewhat hot breakfast again. It would have been nice to have some meat/eggs to go with the waffles.

I'm not sure if the stale air smell was from smoking the air vents or the carpet, but that is my only negative about my stay. I would suggest changing out the carpet to the wood like flooring. I would also suggest replacing sheets with holes big or small in them.

Male desk staff very attentive, informed about local attraction; whether popular or not easily known, & approx time to get to each location. He was friendly but yet prefessional.

Breakfast attendent on cell. Did not restock readily, finished coffee & waffle before bringing in fruit & yogurt. No spray for waffle. Customers littering, need policing of area & trashcans near door & pool

Located right off I75. Really not bad for the price. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but there is a breakfast/lunch restaurant next door that was great.

Towels could have been better quality.

This was a very quick trip. We were both pleased with the accommodations.

I was not there long enough to really make a good assessment, but I did not experience any problems.

The rooms where clean the bathroom was ok could of been a little cleaner breakfast was ok not to much to pick out of but other then that it was good we slept comfortable the a/c was amazing
