Room Was Very Nice and Clean. Water Pressure in the Shower Was the Best I Have Ever Experienced!!! The King Size Bed Was Very Soft and Comfortable!!! The Tv and Appliances were Very Nice and Up to Date! Even had a Dishwasher, which surprised me!

The Mattress on the Pull Out Sofa Needs to be replaced Immediately and maybe Inspected more Often!! It was Torn And Severely Stained!! My kids were even afraid to sleep on it. I found the Sliding Glass (Walk In Size) window Unlocked after we had gotten Checked in. Thankfully I thought to check it before we went to Sleep!

The facility was clean and room was nice. My rating is based on the service provided by the new GM - Ben. He was very accommodating and personable. There was a water main issue and he was there around the clock making sure we were taken care of. Great Job. Ben.

The facility could use a paint job

Some staff were excellent, some not so much. Firepit didnt work. Our door lock was messed up and for 2 days had to be let in our room every time we came and went. 2 front desk staff were nice about it whereas one was not very hospitable about something that wasn't even our fault. I've worked in hotel industry for almost 11 years in every job up to a GM. Was kind of taken aback by the situation. Thermostat on wall didn't work with ptac unit but could manually use it thankfully. Door handles on pantry/entry hall closet weren't fixed on, barely hanging on. Also hotel smelled of marijuana. And pullout mattress in our studio was covered in multiple urine stains, highly uncomfortable for our 13 year old son. Asked for amenities, as we had zero housekeeping in 4 days time to be told to come to the front desk for what we needed. Hospitality very lackluster.

One of the breakfast ladies was a pure gem!! Nick was very nice at the front desk as well. Everything was very clean. Housekeepers were nice in passing.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was ok, love the oj. Being from Australia, would had like fresh milk in the fridge all the time, thats just me though.

The 2 nights we check in, the women was very rude on both checkins, even my boss said it to me. Its not hard to be friendly, all other staff where friendly and nice

My stay far exceeded my expectations, in all aspects. Two employees, Ms. Takeishya Brown and Ms. Lamesha Johnson, were execeptional. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and professional, not only to me, but to others guests, while I observed their interaction. A great team!!

There was nothing to dislike. I'll be back.

My first time with TownPlace was a pleasant surprise. The room was superb and would have been so if I had stayed a week or more. I will look for others in future travels. The bed was awesome, full kitchen facilities, comfy couch and desk.

The amenities are amazing. Well lit parking lot. An our door grill and pool. Lots of foods and snacks for purchase. Great breakfast. And very clean room. The bed was so comfy and the little kitchenette had dishes and a fridge and a stove and a dishwasher. We loved our stay here. This hotel is centrally located and is right next to a mall. Many fast food options close by and an Applebee's. We will be back.

The only problem we had was the shower curtain was too short and got water all over the floor.

The whole property is great. We like the refrigerator and kitchen. Stella was the best staff member we met when we checked in. The beds are awesome and the cookies just topped everything.

No problems but the tv is small and had to get up close to read any information.

Most electric outlets didn't work which was a pain to charge phones and iPads None by bed or in lamps worked Microwave beeped so loud like an alarm when done wakes other guest up.

The staff was friendly and welcoming Nice to have a restaurant nearby Nice pool area Room was comfortable

Room 110 kitchen area needs a bit of attention…cabinet door under sink is off hinge and refrigerator door needs a bit of extra cleaning…perhaps it’s just a little worn.
