Breakfast was awesome location was very good , quiet. Beds were comfortable and very clean.

You advertised that you were not pet friendly. Early into our stay we heard a dog in the room next to us. We chose you because you said that you did not allow pets. We have really bad allergies and cannot be around animals. The front desk was notified that there was a dog in the room next to ours. We were told that there’s nothing that they could do about it. My question to you is: why do you advertise that you don’t allow it when in fact you do. My husband had to sign a form upon check in that we did not have a pet with us. I think this issue needs to be taken care of.

Breakfast was convenient and good

1. After Checking in I was trying to take a nap after a 9 hour drive. And individuals where banging loudly on my door questioning my stay evidently the staff that had checked me in some how didnt safe my stay in the Room. So I could no longer take a name was exhausted that day. 2. I don't like how thin the walls are I could hear every thing that was happening in the Room next door.

The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool area is very nice, and breakfast was wonderful. The location is just a short drive to Pensacola beach. It’s also walking distance to a Walmart Market, and a few chain restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughter has a special stuffed bear, a blanket , and pillow from home that she left on her bed when we left for the day. When we came back in the afternoon Brittany (our room cleaner) had folded her blanket and placed her pillow and bear at the head of the bed in a cute pose. I know that doesn’t seem like a big thing, but my daughter thought it was the coolest thing ever. She even left her a note at the end of the stay thanking her. We are very pleased with everything about our stay and will definitely book here again.

Everything was wonderful. We have no complaints.

The beds are absolutely awesome and the location was perfect.

We had some issues with getting the room cleaned and amenities left like cups for coffee. We were a little late getting out of the room one morning and nothing was cleaned, trash overflowing. The night clerk helped but my understanding the beds would be made every day and the trash removed and refill on the basics that are in the room

Everyone was friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast was hot and delicious. I enjoyed the variety and selections. I also appreciated the distance between the hotel and the beach.

We chose the hotel because there was a pool. But would have preferred it to have been heated as the water was unbearably cold. Even the small child who jumped in got right back out because it was just too cold.

Breakfast was great, our room was clean and comfy, and Tiffany at the front desk was a rock star! The hotel's systems were down and she had to do everything on paper, a very stressful day for her obviously, but she was very friendly and positive and helpful! She has a great attitude and we appreciated her and her wonderful energy!

We wish there was a hot tub but that didn't change the fact that this was a wonderful stay.

Smoke free! Friendly desk staff. Clean throughout. The pool area is very clean & comfortable. A covered area or patio umbrella would've been nice as the sun is really strong. Keureg in our suite didn't latch well, but it worked if I held the clamshell shut. Large lighted mirror in bathroom. The shower surround is marble. I enjoyed the adjustable shower massage head. Full size microwave, college size fridge. We had snacks from the goody room downstairs. Used the gym equipment while our swimsuits & towels tumbled in the guest dryer.

Other than adding an umbrella table by the pool, NOTHING! Loved our stay! We'll stay here longer next time!

The place has everything to stay comfortable. It’s 10’ driving from the beach. It’s a good option if you can’t afford a hotel on the beach. Those are crowded and expensive on holidays. The breakfast was very good comparing to other hotels of the same level.

They gave us a bedroom that the door didn’t open by mistake first. They changed us to another room quickly. There were no cars to transport the luggage to our room.

There was a bit of variety and it was fresh. Taste was okay.

Not the most kid friendly. Mine really wanted cereal but she didn't like any of the flavors available. We also didn't realize breakfast was at 7 instead of 630 on the weekends. We had to leave by 7 and though we'd be able to eat right before. Times are posted so we just missed it, just not used to there being different times.

Breakfast was awesome, there was so many options and the coffee was so good (not weak or watered down). The hotel was well kept and really clean.

The lady tending to the breakfast bar was not friendly. She told us not to get a cinnamon roll b/c they needed more time under the lamp, but when a different lady went to get one she told her that it was fine just to warm it up in the microwave. She didn’t give us that option, not a big deal but it was a bit impolite.
