The staff specially Maritza is Friedly and very helpful. The area is very quiet and away of the busy boardwalk. The beach area is clean and there is a lifeguard station almost in front of the hotel which gave me a peace of mind. The Wi-Fi is great.

They are in the process of remodeling the hotel. Make sure when you make the reservation to ask which type of room are you getting not all the rooms looks like the one on the web page. The older rooms are pretty outdated. I will suggest offering beach umbrellas, that can be a good amenity for guest that flew into Hollywood. I don't think our room was soundproof.

The location on the water was absolutely perfect! We went to see the Pegasus World Cup, and we were very close to the racetrack. Also, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. After we left, my husband forgot his suit in the room, and the owner was kind enough to mail it to us. We were so thankful! :-)

The property could’ve been cleaned just a little better, but other than that it was perfect!

It’s a nice and clean motel located at the beach, which gives it a unique advantage. The room was recently renovated and the furnishings/appliances inside were neat. Free parking option was great. The hotel host at reception was friendly and helpful.

-The sunbeds are falling apart; they are very old; they need to be changed. -There are a lot of smokers smoking at the same time right at the door of the rooms, and there is no hotel staff to warn them. -We stayed for two weeks, but there was no room cleaning or towel change; I was expecting someone to clean the room or change towels once in a week at least. -There should be more hangers in the bathroom, and the bathroom window should be able to open.

The location was amazing and the area was very relaxing. Even though we didn't use them because the weather was a bit cold for swimming, they even provided beach towels. There were also lounge chairs provided for use on the beach. The staff was attentive to our needs. The location was also along a great walking path. Great stay.

Excellent location at the sea shore. Relatively clean. Easy communication with the manager by mail with rapid response. It was our second time here.

There was water on the floor when we arrived. Probably because of rain and openned window. Nonsignificant event. A bit overpriced as everything these days.

Steps from the beach. Easy Parking. Quiet. Safe area. Very comfortable space. Lots of room for our family. Views from room were fabulous! Linens were clean and crisp. Lots of storage space for your luggage and hooks for beach stuff. AC cold in the hot Florida heat!

Only complaint was cleanliness. The floors were not cleaned. The fridge and drawers could have used some sprucing up. We did not cook or really eat there in the room, only snacks, however, I did go and buy some paper good and plastic utensils as the options were quite limited and not really cleaned. There is no dishwasher in the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned well, one toilet was clearly not cleaned. The room is older and fixtures dated. There is no pool on premise (didn't realize this when booking - not that big a deal but since there was so much seaweed in the water it would have been nice. The outdoor showers were a decent substitute to cool off though!!!)

The location was great. It’s not on the Broadwalk so it’s quiet. This was the best view I had staying in a hotel looking outside of my window at the ocean. The room was big and the kitchen had all the fixings to prepare meals.

it was very nice, right on the beach, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. the room itself could use a little updating but nothing major like parts of the walls were pealing paint but overall the stay was very nice i enjoyed it a lot

Current clean modern remodel has just been done to this property.

The air conditioning unit for the unit below us was very loud and would wake us up during the night as we slept. I feel since they just did a remodel they could have done something to make it quieter.

Awesome location and view of the beach. King beds were comfy and loved the layout of the two bedroom two bath.

We had to fight for the chaise lounge chairs - not enough for all guests.
