The bed was so comfortable! I liked the fact that every room is a suite as well. There was an ice machine on every floor and a small kitchen with a dishwasher, two burner range, microwave, and a regular sized refrigerator. My room also had a dedicated work space with a built in outlet to charge your devices, a desk lamp, and a comfortable chair. The TV was nice and it swiveled so it could be viewed from the bed or in the common area(a mini-living room). In addition, there is a shuttle that transports you to and from the Mayo Clinic free of charge.

It's very expensive, but there are lots of conveniences. The phone signal was horrible. I have Verizon and apparently, there isn't a tower close by. The signal in my room was better, but down in the lobby, it was non-existent.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were different. They were cheese omelet. They tasted pretty good.

The breakfast was ok. There was only sausage and no bacon. Not a large selection to choose from in that format. Just the cheese omelet, sausage, and biscuit with gravy as far as that goes, no grits, bacon, or scrambled eggs. My phone was not able to make any outside calls or connect unless you use the hotel's wifi. I can usually use my phone's connection and not have to use the hotel's wifi.

everyone was beyond kind and respectful however there were a couple bad kids in the dining area and pool; who hit my brother in law with the fence in the head and some staff members thought they were with us and that part was upsetting. everything else was absolutely wonderful!

rowdy kids unsupervised in the dining areas and pool who were not stopped or disciplined for their terrible behavior but my niece was told how bad her brothers were and that was absolutely terrible because we weren’t related to them at all!

King corner suite was very livable. Usable kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave and stovetop with 2 burners. Pots, pans dishes and utensils were provided. Large room with big windows. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

No Keurig coffee maker. I like to bring my preference of flavored k-cups. Hotel coffee I found to be weak.

Wow, I didn't expect this from a Residence Inn. There was a nice bar with a really friendly bar tendered. The bed was very comfortable. The room was big and cozy. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. The decor and cleanliness was superb.

Morning coffee could use an upgrade for sure..

I loved the room. The bed was amazing, and the kitchen had all the comforts of home, including a dedicated work space, a really nice smart TV on a swivel, and a king sized sofa bed.

Just the price! It was very expensive, however, it had a great deal of amenities.

Check in/out was fast and efficient. They even offered a late check out.

The only thing I didn't like was the cleaners knocking on the door at 0930 asking when I was checking out. Check out time is at 11am. So I don't get you knocking on the door an hour and a half before time.

A lot of the staff was amazing, clean facilities, food was amazing and tasted homemade.

The room cleaners were not on top of cleaning, replacing towels after they removed. Sheet had dry blood from previous guess.

The cleanliness of the room and the modern decor. I have a germ phobia and was not turned off by anything at this hotel. Also, Alan at the desk was outstanding.Great customer service.

The room was close to the lobby. There should be a bigger buffer zone because of the talking most people are doing as they leave the lobby area. Sort of like being opposite the elevator.

Lack of quality allergy-friendly (gluten free, lactose-free) at breakfast. Misty did her best to feed us but it was challenging
