I was so happy that the young lady working at the front desk allowed for me to change rooms from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor. Later that night the other employee that was working at the front desk he allowed for me to have late check-out and I was able to get a good night's rest with all of my things organized as planned.

Initially I was assigned a room on the 4th floor in room 410 and the system/hvac was on and it never cut off, despite the temperature that I set for the room. The air was dry and the temperature was either hot or cold.

The breakfast was pretty good! The location was great! There were several restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The tire store next door was convenient for us as we unfortunately picked up a screw on the way.

Upon arriving, my husband and I waited in the lobby for several minutes before being greeted and checked in. No front desk staff were present and there was no note placed for their absence - we were unsure what to do or who to call to be checked in during that time. However, when the staff member returned, they were were kind and got us checked in quickly. Our bathroom mirror was noticeably dirty with black smears in the middle as well.

I’m actually from Jax Beach, but booked a staycation here for my husband and I after an Icemen game. The staff was super friendly and helpful and everywhere I went onsite was clean, including my spacious room. There are tons of snacks available in the lobby as well as a nice continental breakfast.

One thing I’d change - I had a handicapped accessible room, which was surprisingly accommodating, except the squeeze bottles for toiletries. I have a deficit in my left hand that makes it very weak and experienced difficulties using it. Someone who has had a stroke or other disability might have significant trouble. But really, an exceptional property altogether!

The location is SUPERB! Everything is there. This area of Jacksonville reminded me of Plantation, FL off Hiatus Rd and Sawgrass Mills are in Surnrise, FL. Dining and shopping are abundant. The hotel was welcoming, smiling, and courteous. Parking was ample but tight. The room was clean. Bathroom very clean and modern. Good channel lineup; nice LG TV in room. Breakfast was decent. They had the best yogurt with dried blueberries and granola. 😋 Best of all, they have Lavazza Brand coffee! That was amazing because Lavazza is my favorite coffee. The hotel is quiet; no neighboring room sounds or noise. There is plenty of seating space in the lobby. Fast elevators (2)

The room was very modern and minimal like. I suppose the newer and newest hotel chains are doing this. So, not much of a "don't like", nit just a surprise. The bed platform that holds the bed is dangerous. I hit my ankle and back of my legs a few times, getting out of bed. The bed was very hard and for me, I didn't sleep well. I also did not like the feather pillows; it was far too soft and flat. The ait conditoner was not getting as cold as i wanted it to get. Lastly, there is no microwave.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel that didn't cost extra! The options were great and there were plenty of seats and tables in the lobby. Loved the pool table with tv's in the lobby and all the snack and drink options you could purchase at the front desk. Loved the walk in shower and hardwood floors. All of the staff were super friendly. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The room was quite small. Not much room around the bed at all. The bed and pillows were a little too soft, and I didn't even think that was possible. The walls seemed thin especially for outside noise. No microwave or coffee maker in the room was strange

Staff kind, location great & comfort of hotel. Breakfast included eggs, yogurt, bagels, pancakes- very good!

Very low on food 30 minutes before breakfast ended, likely just need to replenish breakfast food about an hour before end time so enough food for all. Very good though.

The location was great and the room size was good for a solo traveler.

The breakfast was disappointing considering what the other hotels in the area offer. Having the "game room" in the lobby was obnoxious with the kids running around while trying to check in. Only 1 elevator was operating, and felt like it needed a tune up

Love the location. Close to stores and restaurants. Love the breakfast, sweets coffee and tea.

Most staff were great. Unfortunately the lady serving breakfast was very rude. I was kind and always treat ppl above and beyond especially your hard working employees but I didn’t expect her to be so unkind.

The location is fabulous and mostly because of the convenience to anything we needed while there for work with my family. The staff overall was fabulous and very helpful.

The parking was slightly annoying on the weekends, the company over the weekends was overall ok but you have a few repeat visitors that appeared up to no good in the neighborhood. (Staying in the car all night long with the car running and what looked like drug deals, the 2 call girls) Everyone else was just fine.
