Family-friendly hotel, pet-friendly and new. Impeccable and clean facilities. Comfortable rooms with enough towels and only one soap (5 people).. You also have to pay a $50 deposit upon entering which they return upon leaving if there is no news. The parking lot is large. At the hospitality level it is excellent, they have small details like putting your name on the television screen to welcome you and text messages putting themselves at your service for any need. Recommended

Breakfast is a hot buffet, but it was not very varied and everything ended quickly because they did not put enough for the number of guests, that was very uncomfortable, in fact on our second day we could not eat anything, because there was only cereal and waffles available (with an endless line) we had to wait 20 minutes for the rest

We got to Florida really early. Called to ask if we can do an early check in, from the start the receptionist was Excellent. Her phone etiquette was pure excellence. She said we can wait in tbe lobby until our room was ready and she was even able to get us checked in earlier than said. We needed a couple things for the room. She was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Alot of options and the coffee WOW, delicious. The woman who was doing the breakfast was also very helpful and just pleasant. Keep them both. The location was great. Next to shopping area and restaurants.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Lots of choices including quality protein. The oatmeal with tons of topping choices was my favorite. My daughter loved the waffles. Thought housekeeping every other day was a perfect fit. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable.

Friendly staff. Easy access from Expressway. Good room sizes and clean.

Pool area is stark, had a gas smell and exhaust from the laundry facilities vent out where the chaise lounges are. Not a big deal, as at least it has a pool and gas grills available.

The Front Desk Susan was great and professional. The hotel is beautifully designed INSIDE & THE OUTSIDE PATIO!!! Rooms was comfortable and had everything you needed inside of rooms. GREAT LOCATION FOR FOOD & BEST OF ALL CLOSE TO MY DAUGHTER & GRANDKIDS!!!

Only complaint I had was you could not have the AC on a constant fan. I asked the front desk and she said she had that question from another traveler just a few days before but she wasn’t able to find a remedy.

The room was spacious with a kitchenette area and a curtain that could be drawn which seemed like a perfect place for a family with small children. The sofa bed can be converted into a makeshift bed. Very spacious.

Heard desk clerks talking about only one worker was there for Sunday breakfast. Many issues. Couldn’t keep up with needs

One day I went to get breakfast and staff run out of oatmeal, juice cups and was a sausage placed inside clean utensils

It was close to everything. The bed was comfortable. Susan & Torsha make sure I had everything. Great front Desk. They always make me feel like I'm home comfort.
