Location, friendly staff

Arrived at 4:15pm and office was closed, the office door is plastered with handwritten notes which can get confusing. Had to wait til 5 to check in.

I enjoyed that fact that the managers answered any questions I had before my stay and made sure I had all accommodations needed including extra towels, a later check in time, as well as soaps, coffee, and other amenities. Other hotel guests were kind and respectful. The pool was nice, too!

I wished that I had been given coffee for 2 mornings instead of only one, it would have been convenient to have more hangers in the closet, and I would have liked an ice maker and drinking water fountain on site.

The facilities were really nice it's a little dated but compared to a lot of the other motels on the same road it was way better and cheaper. It was wonderfully quiet and it has a really cute pool area! Lastly, I really really need to boast about the location!!! it is only 1.3 MI from the public beach access in lake Worth the public beach access has a casino a beautiful indoor outdoor restaurant or chocolate shop some souvenir places that are upscale not those crappy ones that sell crocodile heads. it is only one mile from lantana road where there's a lot of stuff (I needed at least) And it is super close to downtown lantana where there is a strip of restaurants and bars and stuff.

It would be great if they could put some drapes on the window they have plantation blinds but I have issues sleeping if there's even a little bit of light. I really like to have it pitch dark when I'm sleeping. Also I would have liked a little more light in the room they have two wall sconces over the bed and a table lamp in the living room area but, both the living room area and the bathroom lights were pretty dim so, it was really really hard to get ready for my daughter's graduation..aka put on make-up.

Loved the Location. It was centrally located to everything. My room was very clean and I was booked for an extended stay of one month. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly as well.

The only thing I can say I didn't like was that there were stray cats on the property. Staff members and manager put food out for them overnight. I am a big animal lover but I think they should feed them further away from the main office and entrances. Additionally, you never know if anyone has allergies to cats.

Very nicely serene property. It’s very quiet and relaxing most of the time. The pool was nice to sit by to relax. Great Florida landscaping around the entire property. The staff were all great and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient.

The road at the hotel property was temporarily block due to construction repair at the time i arrived

I couldn’t find the way to get in to the hotel to park last night because the road at the hotel property was block. The parking lot was small, not enough room for me to park in the parking lot. I had to park on the road by curb side near the property

The pool was heated the location was great and when we asked Lamar where to go eat he told us to go into town and gave directions. It was also very quiet !!!!

It definitely needs some updates ,

no breakfast, price is different when you get there. it is $100 extra. everything else was great except how treated by Deb.

We were very happy except not still receiving our $100 deposit that was charged not out on pending hold. when we checked out she refused to refund in less the 72 hours even tho she walked into our room upon checkout bc we thought we forgot our phone. we still have not refund for the $100 deposit which was charged not held. I have pictures and deb checked our room which was spotless

Excellent staff, very professional, friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable with my stay so much that I booked another reservation.

Pool bathroom could have been cleaner but as I was leaving the cleaning person was setting up.

The location is great for me. It's quiet. Feels safe. Washer and dryer work great. Pool is nice after a long day at work.

The first bed was inches from the Window AC.. east fix though. I'll be back for all my other trips
