the location was not as close to airport for air show as I would have liked but was acceptable, staff was generally very hospitable, except when I requested to arrive a day later

I had issues with adjusting my arrival given auto repair issues I was having and their policies . I was not asking for credit but only to arrive a day later. I was told I would be charged one night and my reservation canceled if I did not arrival on the reservation first day

I have to say, I fell in love with this hotel. It was comfortable and the front desk where every friendly. We had a dinner dance party and it went well. I stay there for two nights and every morning they had breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, they did a good job. I am looking forward in staying at this hotel again. They have a nice swimming pool. and the hotel is clean. Nice hotel in the Lakeland area.

My husband and I have been doing alot of traveling lately and this hotel was the best we have been in!! Very clean, liked the fact the the room had flooring that was NOT carpet. The location was perfect for where we were going. We will definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like it about.

Our room was clean, the staff was very friendly, there was a hot breakfast, and there were plenty of great snacks and drinks to purchase on site. this hotel is very convenient to the interstate and nearby attractions.

My only complaint was that the WiFi was a little slow.

The night desk associate was very nice. His name was Sam. Not often you check in late and see a friendly face behind the counter. The room was immaculate the jacuzzi tub was all clean and ready to use. The room was bright and refreshing.

Breakfast had a good variety, and the food was good. Facility was clean. The cook/chef was very accommodating. The dining room was in a good location in the hotel, with little to no wait time for us to serve ourselves.

I would like for more soap and a shower cap to be provided in the room. Thats about all the negative that we found.... so don't press it !

I liked that they kept precautions in place, yet they opened up the pool and breakfast! I have been travelling all summer, and all of the other hotels have been using the COVID-19 as an excuse for lacking services, etc. Not Holiday Inn. They made me smile! :-)

So, about my view. (And I promise, it was fine. I just want to offer a suggestion.) Room 213 has a view of the back of the signage. Maybe make it pretty with pretend patio furniture or paint a mural back there? Some plants?

Mostly everything & staff was excellent.

Little variety on breakfast selection especially with eggs Lighting in room can be improved. Unable to change bonus question(4/4).

II loved just about everything the quality was great friendly staff, great pool.

The balcony had flimsy bars with no screen to protect like someone's phone or someone from going over and gave me a bit of anxiety sitting out there. Not a big deal but just got nervous with my family and i sitting out there

Property was clean, staff was very nice and helpful.

Property had updates that needed a little extra attention. Wallpaper seams were pulling in very small areas. I was looking to see if there was anything wrong with the location but could only come up with hire a better person to wallpaper.
