Staff was great! Courteous, and helpful.I tripped and fell inside my room. My hubby called staff and they did first aid with ice packs, Tylenol, and concern. Not injured enough to go to Urgent Care. Bed was comfy, Room clean😃

Our room was on ground floor, 2 doors down from the hotel bar and kitchen. There were basketball high schoolers and chaperones that weekend. It was very noisy at night and early morning. Lots of slamming doors in rooms surrounding us.... Plus, food and supplies were delivered via our hallway.... More noise. The breakfast was a five on a scale of 1-10. I did feel safe, and secure.

Dog friendly hotel.. Our room was clean and smelled good. It was also very spacious with a king bed, sofa, kitchenette and large TV. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. Location was great for what we needed. Parking was ample and free. Plenty of grass for walking our dogs and lit well at night. Breakfast is just okay. It's a free breakfast. Staff we encountered were friendly. The hotel was quiet at night even though it's dog friendly.

The elevators are slow and worn down. I worried they might breakdown each time we got in one plus the floors were always wet. The air conditioner in our room wasn't powerful enough to cool our entire room. The 2nd floor hallway was extremely hot. We went to the 3rd floor to get ice and it was noticeably much cooler. We ordered off the hotel menu for lunch and the food tasted gross and was expensive.

Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't praise them enough.

One member of house keeping staff wouldn't let me into the lift with her despite there being plenty of room. Okay, COVID so fair enough. But she was in it the next two times the lift arrived and kept telling me to "wait, press the button again" - like I was somehow at fault for wanting to get into the lift or stupid for not understanding she didn't want me in the lift. Eventually the other lift arrived and the other member of house keeping staff was very pleasant and had no issue with me being in the lift with them.

This was my second time staying here so it definitely meets my criteria. The rooms are excellent and comfortable with plenty of space to get work done. The desk and couch are nice places to work and the wi-fi was great. Love that I can get a can of (good) beer right downstairs and bring it back to the room, or even sit at the bar.

It's a touch on the pricey side. It is a nice place to stay, so I see where the money goes, don't get me wrong. The $5 for a bottled water is kinda nuts though.

After having a bad experience at the local La Quinta, we switched to Hyatt Place Lakeland Center last minute. Walking into the hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The staff was incredible, they even called our room after knowing of our last experience at the La Quinta and asked if the room was up to our liking and wondered if we needed anything else. The room itself was huge, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast served a large quality and quantity of food.

Everything was nice and clean. I liked the selection of shows to watch on the television. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Nice HOT breakfast. Nice staff.

The smell as soon as I got off the elevator. Also a little smell of urine or something in the room that I got over pretty quickly. The staff DID try to accommodate me because of the smell by changing my room. An offer I refused. Perhaps shampooing the carpet would be a good idea.

Location is great, close to town and felt safe. very friendly staff and very comfortable and clean room with modern finishes. Also it felt spacious. they also had espresso available in the morning!

The fitness center didn’t have any weights which is what we were interested in in regards to fitness. Also I think that hotel would have a nicer entrance if they had a more professional sized front desk. It looked a little skimpy but no big deal

We liked the location for sure, close to downtown and actually in Lakeland proper. we loved the staff, everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and nice, 10/10 for them alone.

The property overall is dated and needs some TLC. the exterior signage is pitiful, broken and in need of replacement. The rooms are large but musty and the bathrooms are laughably tiny, you have to see it to believe it.

Bedding is GREAT. couch is ok - a bit "broken in." Bathroom is TINY - cant close the door without hitting your knees (I am 5'6" - 130 pds.) But Rain Shower Head is wonderful. Pillows good. AC Cold. Ice machine good - close by.

The "breakfast" was , well, less than expected. Rubber eggs - No cheese - one selection of cold pork - link sausages. No condiments for the eggs - not anything to put on them. no potatoes - no salsa - some sort of cold oatmeal - Raspberries for the Greek yogurt (no other choice and I'm not fond of them.) The waffles looked ok - no butter. Coffee cold - we were down by 8am and did ask for hot coffee - which came as we were leaving.

Courteous staff. Clean. Updated. Comfortable. Quiet. Roomy. Every staff member greeted us, with a smile and welcomed us.

Breakfast was great, compared to many we have experienced. However, being that I am a cook, my standards are high. The eggs were dry and had no flavor. Sausage super greasy. I would again choose to stay at this hotel, despite my thoughts on breakfast.
