The staff were amazing. Super welcoming and friendly. Customer service rating 15 out of 10! I wish I had the name of the gentleman who checked us in. Very pleasant fellow!!!

We were in a handicapped accessible room. Everything that was needed was provided. However, the shower stall was totally level with the bathroom floor. Therefore, water ran everywhere. That was a fall hazard. Perhaps a very small lip or threshold could be installed or a better drainage solution. Just a suggestion.

This hotel was very clean and convenient to what we needed. The self serving breakfast was pretty good but was not stocked as well as it could be. Although this could be due to our timing. We may have caught it right before they restocked. It worked well for us.

The only thing we were disappointed in was that it was a “suite” we booked hoping to have a separate “room” to put a port a crib in for a little one to be separated from adults. Something like a Raddison or Homewood Suites. We had to put the baby in the bathroom in order to have quiet and darkness apart from parents.

the location was great since it was just off if I-10. The staff was very friendly and I can honestly say the beds were probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in (better than the one I have at home). the breakfast was also very good considering it was complimentary.

Room was clean and spacious, DirecTV with lots of channels, bathroom was large with a shower only. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB charging ports. Breakfast was very good and a nice seating area.

Several of the handicapped parking spots were blocked off so I had a long walk to my car.

The beds were super comfortable. That's a huge plus for me if you've read any of my other reviews. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We did kill a palmetto bug and a spider in the bathroom, but this is Florida and it should be expected. Water pressure was pretty good for a hotel. Breakfast looked great. We didn't get up early enough to eat it, but it did look/smell good when we were walking by.

The room AC struggled to keep up with the heat and could only be turned down to 66. I think part of the problem was that the unit is located at the bottom of the wall below the window and blows air straight on the bed in front of it. I believe this creates a little pocket of cool recirculated air while the rest of the room stays warm. We bought some fans and circulated the air which made it a lot better. The parking lot is not trailer friendly, so be prepared to do some maneuvering to get in and out as there is only 1 entry/exit to the parking lot. The toilet is a low flow which made it a coin toss on whether it was going to actually take down whatever you put in it. Extended pool hours would be nice. I think 8pm while the sun is still up is a little early.

That it is not dog friendly. They should allow at least 1 small dog. This possibility will bring more visitors to the hotel.

THEY NEED TO FOCUS A LITTLE BIT MORE ON THE CLEANLINESS OF THEIR BATHROOMS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE STAYED THERE AND THERE WAS URINE AROUND AND ON THE TIOLET BOWL.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD ON SATURDAY BUT LACKING A POTEIN ON SUNDAY-TUESDAY.

Quiet and a good breakfast.

I looked up pet friendly on booking.com and this hotel was on the list but when I got there they told me pets were not allowed. I bla e booking.com and not holiday express.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked the new renovation

I am very sad to say that although my sister and I have been meeting at the Live Oak Holiday Inn for over 20 years, your pricing increase will prevent us from staying at your hotel for our twice a year reunions. 😢 We are sad.

THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE. GREAT LOCATION

MY BATHROOM HAD PEE STAINS ALL OVER THE TIOLET. I COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK AND IT WAS NOT ADDRESSED. I HAD TO GO DOWN A SECOND TIME TO COMPLAIN BEFORE THE MATTER FOR CORRECTED.
