Liked the location. Front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved, loved, loved the bed. I did go to the online store to see how much they cost. Liked the shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap dispensers on the bathtub wall. Room was very clean.

A little expensive for a one night stay. Waffles were not visible when I walked into the breakfast area and didn't notice until my plate was already loaded. Ice was located too far from room; I have foot issues.

Convenient and clean, comfortable beds, nice, hot shower, nice outdoor pool - small, but clean and what you would expect at a hotel, delicious breakfast, extremely nice staff

These are nit picky and not deal breakers - pool had no sun in late afternoon, and we were looking forward to that, but it was still very nice and relaxing. Room had a little bit of a musty smell when we walked in, but went away after turning down the AC.

Having the free breakfast every day was great, nice selection of food and drinks. Having coffee available 24/7 was really nice. The location was right where we needed to be, and there are plenty of food options, gas stations and Walmart are very close by. Our room was roomy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

The only disappointment was not having a Hot tub. The pool was way to cold to swim in. In the description it says a heated pool and hot tub. Need to correct that.

We arrived here during a major storm. Staff was great. Room was great. Special welcome on our television screen. Amazing breakfast in the morning before we visited Florida Caverns. We were on the third floor so we were able to watch six pool chairs blow into the pool during the lengthy storm. Free entertainment.

Weak Wifi

Staff was courteous and informative. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Kitchen staff should be commended. should be commended.

Add potatoes and/or biscuits and gravy. Rates at all motels are too high. I realize there is inflation, but to pay more than $175.00 to sleep overnight is too much. I believe people will stop traveling or will seek cheaper accommodations.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff

I didn't like they advertise free breakfast and picture shows eggs, sausage etc but all it was, was cereal, things in the pack. My friend stayed at a cheaper hotel and got full service. Tired of the excuse because of covid when no one wear mask and people come and go like they want. I didn't like the fact there were people in front and side of the hotel smoking Marijuana and we had to come in contact with that. I booked a different hotel on our way back.

The breakfast was good. There were plenty of choices to meet every dietary restriction. Gluten free options were available. We were pleased. Our friend ate the oatmeal and fruit. I liked the cage free eggs.

This area did not seem to be a vacation destination so I was surprised at the rate for rooms.

My second visit in six weeks so I think that says it all!

Don't like the smell of cigarette smoke when I walk in. Was informed it is from people smoking outside. Maybe they could smoke outside the back door?

Everything was Great!!! We will definitely use the Fairfield again as well as recommend it to our family and friends as well. Definitely!!!

Everything was Absolutely Great!! Clean rooms, good food and service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I liked that our Suite had two tv's, so the kids didn't have to fight over what they wanted to watch lol. Breakfast was good just wish they had more options. Overall we had a great stay.
