I have stayed many times at the Courtyard, it´s really well-located for my work meetings, with many options to eat around within walking distance. Even though the hotel is being renovated, staff was very helpful and caring regarding comfort. Breakfast options are great, and staff at the cafeteria are fantastic, especially Julia!. There is easy parking at the premises, and good spaces at the lobby to hold informal meetings while getting a snack.

wifi was not working too well, probably given the renovation work.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be placed in a recently renovated room at the end of the hall. It was comfortable and quiet.

I asked for a room close by for my father, but unfortunately he was placed in an older, unrenovated room directly across from the elevators. He was woken up by loud arguing in the hallway and constant noise from the elevator. I also paid extra for breakfast. It turned out to be a confusing mess because all the breakfast consisted of was a voucher to the Starbucks counter in the lobby.

Great location, the hotel is in a quiet area and there are restaurants within walking distance. The office where business meeting was held was close by. The facilities are nice, work out room and pool, bar, etc.

Location is ideal for my activities, good parking facilities, very nice and helpful staff at reception. Staff at the bistro is friendly, offers recommendations, particularly Julia, who has been around for quite a while and always gives a warm welcome to customers.

Kingsley was so nice and welcoming us to the property. He made sure we had a room with pool view. I did not get the name of second employee but he gave my nephew a parking sign for the afternoon he visited us. This was my third visit but first one since Covid. Employees always nice and ready to made stay pleasant. We did not have breakfast. Menu was limited, was expected more options. We saw small aunts in the room . The pool is great. Was disappointed at 8pm pool closes, why?? there is no life guard anytime at all, so why not be open until 10pm like before. I love to swim at night and your pool is beautiful at that time. No pool towels, so you have to bring yours from your room then ask or towels when you go back. Doesn't make any sense. Planning to come back already. Hope to see changes.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. TV choices were excellent. Most hotels have limited channels. We would stay here again.

Refrigerator was small. $15.00 to park for one night was excessive.

The staff was courteous, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The Bistro food was delicious. Had a great stay! Thank you.

I liked that the property was close to campus, clean, and most importantly had a refrigerator and microwave in the room with a mini-market and Starbucks/Bistro on-site. Made the trip with my 4yo so much easier. Pool and surrounding lounge areas were nice.

Pool and surrounding lounge areas could use a little TLC. Temperature regulation was off in the hallways….super cold.

Great location and right next to my favorite dessert place Bachour. Friendly and welcoming staff, they were very accommodating especially with giving me an extra hour due to my zoom meeting going on longer than expected, which I end up extending for an extra night at a discounted rate with my military ID.

The towel racks kept falling down, and the carpet didn’t looked like it was properly vacuumed.
