I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the front desk staff, the well-laid-out lobby and the suite was spacious, giving me a feeling that I was at home. The area was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. This is ideal for a one-night stay or longer. I will sure stay again

The shuttle pick-up at the airport didn't work for me. I had no access to make an international call to the hotel to inform them that I had arrived. Unfortunately, I waited at the usually designated area for shuttles for 30 minutes in unusually chilly temperatures in Miami until I was forced to take a taxi at a cost of 34 USD. I wished the shuttle drivers just circled around the airport as the other hotel shuttles do. Otherwise, everything else was great and I was able to get the shuttle the next morning for the airport.

Chris! Awesome guy!!! In him you got your employee of the year! Hotel was decent too. Suite was clean, beds comfy. The kitchen well equipped, the baths :) wow, what a place to spend the night after a whole day flying. I can understand why this place is so highly rated.

Shuttle took a really long time to arrive, other hotel shuttles were already on their second round when mine showed up. I was visibly frustrated to the point where I wrote to ask if the shuttle really existed, but all's well that ends well...let me add that the next morning we were punctual to a t. Directly on the hour.

We thought it would not turn out well as our flight arrived at 3am in the morning and the room was not going to be ready until 4pm, we dropped our cases off and the receptionist was not that helpful, we went out for breakfast and was thinking what are we going to do until 4pm however we returned to the hotel-and new staff came on and the lady said I am going to try to sort a room out for you and they did sort a room out for us by 11.00am and we were very grateful as we had not asked The staff are friendly, the hotel is lovely and clean and the shuttle service is great we could not fault it in fact we booked extra nights as we were waiting for our daughter and family to arrive. A added bonus was that although it is B& B from Monday - Thursday they provided a light evening meal very much appreciated- Thank you

There was nothing we did not like

convenient location relatively close to the airport, and free parking. Room was large and well equipped. My flight arrived very early and there were no rooms available yet, but the staff was nice and notified me as soon as a room became available for early check-in.

Noise from AC and street - my room was facing the highway. But I was still able to sleep well.

Breakfast was good. Fairly big room. Really great staff. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes.

I was given a room for people with disabilities because it would be quieter, but it was not. Air condition was not as silent as expected. There is a drain pipe in the other wall that collects condensation water from air conditioners in the floors above and the dripping water noise transmits to inside the room. The WC was leaking water all the time. Manual shower did not work, only the main one.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location close to airport. Several restaurants close to the hotel e.g. McD, Wendy’s, Chipotle, Denny’s, Dunkin Donuts.

No restaurant or room service at the hotel. The restaurant was only open for breakfast.

Check in was so easy, room had everything needed, room was very clean, breakfast had many item to choose from, staff was right there to keep everything neat and clean. Had a large sitting area where our group was able to gather and play some cards. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing that I would say you need to know is when out by the pool air planes fly overhead as they are landing at MIA and some can be loud. You may need to stop your conversation while it goes by. With that said when inside that was not a problem at all.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was very good.

We waited for over an hour for the "free" shuttle to pick us up. Because of a delayed flight, we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 2:00am.

Room good size. Breakfast suprisingly good. Extremely nice staff. Especially the lady in the reception who helped me to find a dentist for urgent need on Friday afternoon. Thank you again!

The dinner option are really limited unless one has a car.

convenient for airport . Homewood Suites are generally good .

staff tried to charge me again for the room on arrival and departure the following day . the booking was paid via Booking.com so not sure what went wrong . no further charges after to card . manager was not available on site to speak to .
